Pros:

Good location. We only stay one night. It is clean. It has a big fridge. A plus.

Cons:

I think the 150 deposit is too much. Although it goes back to the card when you leave. Rooms are cleaned but with the Savannah weather it shouldn't have carpets. That makes the room have a humid smell.

Over all it is a great place and I would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was nice, clean, spacious .. had everything needed and expected for a hotel .. the staff was friendly .. the staff honored the request i made during my booking for a ground floor room due to mobility difficulties .. that was really nice that they listened to my concerns and were able to accommodate ..

Cons:

My one and only complaint was the bed .. we had a king size and it was hard and you could feel the springs through it ... it was not comfortable at all ... that is the only complaint that I have .. everything else was great.
