Agradable!
Pros:

Me ha gustado la cercanía a la estación de Roma Termini, es espacioso y fresco. Todo muy limpio!
Una mención especial a todo el personal que fue muy amable! El desayuno estuvo delicioso!

Cons:

En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, considero que el precio es un poco elevado teniendo en cuenta la antigüedad del edificio y sus instalaciones. El ascensor es bastante pequeño, aunque esto es comprensible por las características y la estructura del edificio.

テルミニ駅周辺にある利便性の高いホテル
Pros:

基本的にテルミニ駅周辺に泊まるというのは、各都市への移動の利便性のみでそれ以外のメリットは見当たらない。そもそも治安的にも不安定な地区ですので、ローマに長く滞在するのであれば、もう少し市内とかが一番良い。ローマらしい雰囲気を堪能しながら滞在するというのが一番。そのため、普通のビジネスホテルで普通に滞在するなら全く問題はないし、大きな荷物を抱えて移動するならどうしてもテルミニ駅の周辺となる。コストが決め手になる。

Cons:

やはり、立地条件としては「利便性」以外に何もないし、どちらかと言えば、その程度のホテルでは高い方だと思っている。また、テルミニ駅周辺はツーリスト向けのレストランが大半で味も単調で工夫さえ感じられない。何よりも治安の不安定さ、汚い道路、異様な雰囲気のある夜中とネガティブな印象を受けてしまうが、それでも利便性には代えられない。今回、都市間の移動がなければ泊まらないだろう。ホテルも似たり寄ったりで特にこれっといった印象はない。

Posizione conveniente se si è in transito e si deve prendere il treno, ma molto piccola la stanza
Pros:

Vicinissimo alla stazione Roma termini, quindi comodissimo, anche con un bagaglio grande è proprio a due minuti scarsi a piedi

Cons:

Per essere un tre stelle e per il costo, ho trovato la stanza piccolissima. Non mi aspettavo chissà che, ma un po più di spazio, sia nella camera che nel bagno

Per una notte va bene
Pros:

Il materasso comodo e la colazione ricca di dolce e salato

Cons:

Non c'è modo di regolare autonomamente l'aria condizionata. Bisogna chiamare alla reception e chiedere o di alzarla o diminuire.
Questo significa che bisogna ogni volta svegliarsi e farsi regalare l'aria.
