Pros:

Posizione ottima. Silenziosità della camera. Personale gentile.

Cons:

Aria condizionata centralizzata, troppo fredda. Dovevamo chiedere ogni giorno, anche più volte al giorno, che alzassero la temperatura polare.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal!
Kamers volledig in orde. Donker, stil en koel, dus ook prima kunnen slapen.
Ontbijt had ook een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
En uiteraard de liggen: zo goed als naast roma termini, en toch niets van geluidshinder,...

La cercanía a Termini, desayuno y hubo 3 personas amables en la recepción y la señora que organiza el desayuno

Cons:

El primer dia que llegue, un hombre de la recpecion que no era tan viejo y como rubio con gafas, fue bastante grosero, no me ayudo con el telefono que era el único medio para comunicarse y pedir que apaguen o prendan el aire, hablaba un inglés muy malo y no se le entendía y sin embargo no fue atento ni amable. Habían muchas cosas dañadas en la habitación

駅が近くて頼れるスタッフがいて安心でした。
Pros:

テルミニ駅が近く便利。すぐ近くにバールがあり長距離電車前の急いで朝ごはんする時も便利。駅近は治安が悪いと聞いていましたが、24時間受付に誰かいてくれて安心だし、とにかく駅が近いのでホテルまでの道でこわいことはありません。入り口に灰皿あり。
部屋もお風呂場もトイレも清潔です。シャンプーと全身用洗剤、ドライヤーもありました。
冷蔵庫もあります。
少し古く、最初は心細い雰囲気ですが、可もなく不可もなくシンプルで、十分でした。
ホテルの方も親切でした。

Cons:

不便ではありませんが、空調の温度は部屋で調整できずフロントに言う必要があります。クーラーがよく効いていたので少し温度を上げてほしいと伝えるとすぐに調整してくれました。
鍵が古く少しコツがいります。最初は戸惑いましたが慣れました。
部屋の貴重品ボックスは壊れていたので使っていません。
とにかく、フロントに常に人がいるので、全て大丈夫です。

Soggiorno da ripetere, anche in inverno
Pros:

Colazione completa sia sul versante salato che su quello dolce. Possibilità di prepararsi da soli centrifugati e waffles.
Spa in posizione panoramica al 5° ed ultimo piano, con 2 vasche idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco e palestra. Tisane calde a disposizione degli ospiti.

Perfect location
Pros:

Initially I was a little concerned that we were so close to the train station...that it would be noisy and unsafe at night....however, we never felt unsafe and our sons visited late bars and got back without any issues. There were a couple of power cuts but these did not have a negative impact on our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. Perfect location for trains and metro making it super easy to navigate your way around the city. There are some lovely restaurants close to the hotel with friendly staff and customers where we enjoyed the evening chatting with other diners.

Perfect location
Pros:

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located near the train station so very convenient for hopping on the train and metro to get around Rome. There were a couple of power cuts but this didn't affect our stay. I was a little concerned before staying there as I was worried the neighbourhood may be unsafe being located so close to the station but we didn't see anything negative. Our sons ventured out to late bars and were absolutely fine.
Some lovely restaurants close by with great food and friendly staff and customers
