Was a nice place to stay for a quick trip.
Pros:

Loved that it was easy to access, the room was spacious, breakfast was all warm and had a great selection.

Cons:

The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was disappointing as I was allergic to what was offered and therefore unable to use. The gentleman at checkout wasn’t overly friendly.

Great value for location and comfort
Pros:

Great location, close to the airport and Kentucky Kingdom.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy with the airport sounds. Also we booked a room for 5 people but there were only 2 beds so we had to have a rolling bed brought in.

Too much money not enough hospitality.
Pros:

Location and size of the room. Housekeeping staff are great. Quiet.

Cons:

Moisture in the room especially after a shower. The carpet smelled like mildew and pool water. Breakfast wasn’t good and juice machine was out of order.
The hotel only provided shuttle to the airport and seemed like they didn’t want to do that. The hotel is just across the parking lot from the KEC but the other surrounding hotels provided shuttle transportation to the KEC.

After hours staff were very good. And quiet hours were nice.

Staff didn’t keep up with the flat wear or supplies while breakfast was going on.

The location to the theme park

Cons:

The pool was nasty and our keys never worked continuously going down stairs to the front desk. No one spoke English to understand what you needed for your room
