Entirely pleased; good stay with family on Fall break!
Pros:

Traveling with family on fall break, we wanted a pool, good breakfast, comfy beds & spacious rooms, proximity to attractions- and got it all!

Cons:

These are tiny & inconsequential- but the hair conditioner does almost nothing; and when our room got refreshed for the 2nd day, we didn’t have a bath mat.

No third chances -will not come back

Staff - this is the 2nd visit within a week - decided to give a 2nd chance - evening clerk is lacking in hospitality skills. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and she questioned me asking for them then begrudgingly went to grab some for us. Needless to say didn’t trust she got clean ones so we bypassed them all together and used our own from our trip. Location is great morning clerk great evening never mind coming if you need anything forget it go somewhere else.

I've stayed at this Fairfield Inn several times and my stay there has been superb.
Pros:

Housekeeping was exceptional.
The food service staff for breakfast was conscientious. Servings were plentiful. There was plenty of hot coffee.
