We are planning to go back very soon and will be staying at Old Stone Inn.
Pros:

The hotel was a beautiful hotel for the price. We enjoyed the location as it was just a block or two over from all the action but was still close enough to walk! It was frustrating that they charged $39.99 a day for parking at the lot was never full and many hotels charge for that based on limited spots.

Cons:

The pool wasn't heated the first day that we were there and we found that odd. Our A/C wasn't working and we didn't find that out until late at night so we suffered through but we couldn't even crack out windows a little to help and that was rough - the hotel fixed it right away the next day though when we reported it.

Disappointing, and nickel and dimed.
Pros:

The room was clean.dime. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

They charged an excessive parking fee ($45 CAD) that was not disclosed on the listing. The hotel is literally across the street from a $10 parking lot. The walk to the Falls was further than they listed. The neighborhood felt a bit dodgy-er than was implied. On-site bar staff sat us, and then ignored us until we left. Music in outside lounge area was excessively loud, especially considering we were the only ones there. Desk staff didn't know to tell us at which door to park to minimize hauling luggage. Fireplace that we paid extra for did not work.

We like a lot!!
Pros:

The patio was amazing. Being able to bring our dog everywhere in the hotel made our family very happy! And he was very happy too.

Cons:

It was a maze to find the way to get in to our room.

The dining areas were beautiful but the cost of our stay was too much for the property.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but only a few options for guests who prepaid for the included breakfast and limited coffee.

Cons:

Property needs a lot of renovations. Our room was far away from the entrance on the 3rd floor and lots of heavy doors to keep travelling through. Pillows were too bulky to comfortably sleep on and we paid $30 extra per night for an extra bed…that was a roll away cot that had no support. Parking a total rip off $39 per night to park at your hotel. $10 to park directly across the street. The floors were being sealed during our stay and the chemicals smell was overwhelming even smelled it during breakfast.

Pleasant
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly, they provided extra towels quickly and with no fuss.
Room was very clean.

Cons:

There was a weird smell the last night in the hallway. Either chlorine or terpentine but it was gone in the morning. Parking was a bit expensive compared to lots surrounding the Inn.

It wasn't as good as I'd hoped for .
Pros:

The outdoor bar was very enjoyable . The service was exceptional and the staff were friendly and polite .

Cons:

The carpets seem to be worn in the hallway . I booked a breakfast reservation and I got a text message at 6 a.m. for the wrong time . I'm not an early riser to begin with . Not impressed .
