We were pleased with our stay in the courtyard room.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Outdoor patio was quaint and a great space. Location is a quick walk to the falls. Rooms were clean and well stocked.

Cons:

The room shows its age although they have tried to add touches to make it more boutique like.

Pros:

It was pretty central to the Niagara falls attractions within walking distance. Pool was nice.. salt water. Lobby and restaurant look updated. Very modern outside patio. The hotel wasn't busy. Nobody around at night. The room is okay. Needs some updates but I didn't spend too much time there. Sleep, pool and breaks between parks attractions. Not sure if I'd return.

Cons:

I asked for a later check out and they said they'd charge me 35$ extra for 30mins. Pass!

Really enjoyed it!
Pros:

Location was amazing. We were able to walk to the Dinner Theatre as well as the casino. Room was clean and spacious
