The charm. The hotel was a classic hotel not a concrete cookie cutter high rise. It can be hit or miss and difficult to ascertain the quality of the hotel using the reviews. We enjoyed our stay.
The layout was a challenge with luggage yet manageable. The Booking process made it difficult to compare prices for the available accommodations. Fortunately, the decision was biased towards the character or charm of the hotel.

You couldn’t open a window
Man kann sehr einfach zu den Niagara-Fällen laufen. Es gibt einen Indoor-Pool. Das Zimmer war großzügig dimensioniert.
Teurer Preis fürs Parken. Drumherum stehen sehr viele Parkplätze für ein Drittel der Kosten zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude benötigt an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung, z.B. am Pool. Teilweise waren die Möbel im Zimmer reparaturbedürftig.
Pleasant room and very clean
$40 for parking and a $$250 deposit is ridiculous.
The location was perfect. It was only two blocks to the concert venue at the casino.
The $250 deposit was a bit ridiculous for a one night stay. I didn't have a pet or anything.
I liked the outside staff, the armchairs front of a Bonfire and the pool.

Loved the style and outside area. It was great to be able to just go outside and relax. Especially with little ones.
Our toilet kept running which made it difficult to flush as we had to become plumbers throughout the stay. We did advise someone of the issue but it was not resolved.

The room was exactly as described, and the lobby and restaurant were amazing. We had breakfast there and the food was delicious. If we had stayed longer we would have loved to enjoy the wine bar and outside area at night! This hotel is also in perfect walking distance to the falls, restaurants and other attractions- we will definitely stay again next time we visit Niagara.

Definitely should consider a coffee bar for your customers. Paying $7.00 a cup is pretty steep. For the price of the room.
We thought the rooms were over furnished way too much stuff in the rooms.
