We just stayed for 1 night
Nice location, good decor, bed was comfortable
Fireplace didn’t work (we paid extra for fireplace) phone didn’t work, no do not disturb sign, no paper and pen for making a do not disturb sign, went to desk to get fireplace fixed and maintenance was called but never showed up, hair conditioner was empty, was given “shortened” menu because we had prepaid for breakfast, when asked manager to comment he said that there was nothing they could be done even thou fireplace was not working even thou we paid extra for it. Very disappointed

Location. It is near to the falls and Clifton Hill. The staffs are very nice
I didn’t like paying $40 per day to park my car while just across the street the parking price was only &15 and $10
$80 for two days is too high
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great, at a walkable distance from everything, we were at walking distance of everything. There is a pool and kids really liked to play in it but it was a bit too cold. Building is nice looking inside and there is many places to just sit and relax. Good value for what you pay.
No fridge, beds could be more comfortable, parking is expansive 40$ when you can park the other side of the street for 10$.

It was clean, with a great location, and it was comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
It was over-priced, and it didn't have great accessibility. We had to carry our heavy suitcases up 3 stairs, and then down 5 stairs on the way to our room.
The property was ok some parts need more lighting at night
The shower was clogged got there. Had to go to sleep late so that they can fix it and it wasn’t fixed all the way.
