Location/proximity to Charlestown

Cons:

Old worn facility. Obviously refurbished quite a while ago. A/C was marginal. Another example- robe hook torn off bathroom door. Staff who checked us in said there were no housekeeping on duty for the duration of our stay & if we needed anything we should come to office. Pool closed. Not a credit to the Best Western Brand.

Kamer was ruim en licht .

Cons:

De voordeur klemde en daardoor moeilijk open en dicht te krijgen. Maar dat is iets wat ze kunnen oplossen.

No elevator, pool was not available to use, no housekeeping staff available, room carpet was disgustingly dirty. AC in room barely cooled the room. Ice machine wasn’t working. Had to walk through standing water .

el desayuno corriente la habitacion pesciomo habia cucarachas y sin sevicio de limpieza la cama nada especial una cama

la suciedad, el hotel mal tenido, la persona del front desk de lo mas hostil, alquile ese hotel por la piscina pero la clausuraron al siguiente dia de haber llegado y lo peor de todo la habitacion tenia cucaracchas

I did not stay because at check-in, we were told they did NOT have a room for us despite my verification I rec’d from Booking.com

The staff member was condescending—I watched him repeat the same type of behavior with others trying to check in.

Cons:

Booking.com claims this property allows more beds for more guests as a third party ( booking .com) telling us ( the customer) that the merchant ( best Western) could offer more beds however this is not true. Booking.com claimed that we would get 2 queen beds + a twin bed. We only received 2 queen beds. Best Western only offers 2 queen beds. I even reduced our stay to one night instead of the 2 original planned nights. Because who wants to sleep on the floor? Shower curtains are short so when taking a shower, it floods the bathroom causing a safety concern. Make sure to ask for 6 more towels to soak up the flood from shower.

The pool was clean and nice and the room was fine.

Cons:

The whole complex basically smells like weed. That really doesn't bother me too much but the room does as well. No cleaning service at all during your stay btw. On a 4 night stay we needed toilet paper and the front desk said they were out and the lady and guy didn't even seem to think it was a big deal. We doordashed toilet paper. So if you're staying here bring your own TP!
