Un fracaso total

Tuve que pedir reembolso e irme del hotel porque estaba en reparaciones y no me informaron. Viajaba con personas mayores y asmáticos. Cuando subí a la habitación tuvimos que atravesar un pasillo que estaba lleno de polvo, personal de construcción trabajando y cuando entramos en la habitación había un papel diciendo que estaban en reparaciones que disculparan los ruidos y los inconvenientes, pero la muchacha del front desk no me informó cuando estaba haciendo el check in que las instalaciones se encontraban en reparacion.
