Writing
This hotel seriously needs better management, as there is a lot of room for improvement in almost every area.
The welcome service and reception were particularly disappointing. The way staff communicate with guests needs to be improved, as we did not feel properly welcomed or valued as customers.
Another major concern is the airport transfer rate. The hotel is located only about 5 km from the airport, yet the transfer charge is extremely high. This is difficult to understand, especially when other nearby hotels offer complimentary airport transfers or much more reasonable rates.
Overall, the impression we received is that the hotel mainly focuses on its contracts with airline crews, while regular guests seem to receive much less attention. Every paying guest should be treated with the same level of respect and hospitality.
The hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed in management, customer service, reception, communication, and pricing.

It must be my nth visit to kohinoor continental but one of the most pleasant. Actually had to spend one might in Mumbai for next day early morning VISA interview. Wanted a hotel nearby to avoid mumbai frequent heavy rain but could not find a decent so settled on Kohinoor which was best available at best price. We checked quite late after 9 in night but. smooth and pleasent check in with the person manning reception. Surprisingly same smiling and helpful person at counter at check out next day afternoon. Room is decent well maintained presentable sk is bathroom with needed toiletries.Shower area is not bath tub or slippery but a wooden mat was there to support. Similarly in room another bed or rest place made out of long window area.Tried room service food and breakfast also. tasty and complete satisfaction.
An absolute gem! From the movement we walked in the staff made us feel incredibly welcome the ambiance was cozy and beautiful decorated. I order the mutton thali and the flavours were perfectly balanced
