Wrong side of the hotel

Very clean, nice rooms, good position.

Cons:

1.I understand it was a power outage and the key system did not work the evening we arrived. The front desk guy did his best to let everyone in their room.. The next morning the receptionist said a manager will be there to generate keys in one hour. It never happened. Every time I had to go to the room I had to find someone to walk with me or my other members of the family.to open the door. Saturday the front desk people were not nice, No Wi-Fi or access to anything that requires a key or being assigned to a room.
2. The noise from the construction nearby started at 7am even on Saturday and Sunday. Until that is fine you need to make sure your room is on the front side of the hotel.

Pros:

We really enjoyed how clean and well kept up the hotel was. Our room was very clean and everything operated as it should! We enjoyed how close it was to everything but still tucked away off the busy road.

Cons:

Unfortunately the eggs and sausage were a miss at breakfast for my entire family. The eggs were watery and the sausage every day had cold spots in it. It really upset my families stomachs as well.

As far as the pool goes, it was freezing cold and it stated on the booking that it would be heated.

The booking stated there would be a microwave in the rooms and I have seen other reviews say their rooms did not have one and ours didn't either.

Avoid like the plague!

Avoid this hotel. The management is absolutely horrible. If you book a rate you’re shown through booking.com, they’ll happily blame any mistake on the booking.com side and then charge you anyway—seeming perfectly content to take your money while refusing to honor what they advertised. To make matters worse: they do this on the day of check-in, when they know it might be difficult to find alternative accommodations. They also use a “gmail address” to send emails, which comes across as shady. That isn’t customer service; it’s finger-pointing and extortion-by-policy. They clearly care only about profit, not people. Steer clear of this place—avoid it like the plague.
