Teueres Hotel mit schlechten Service

Die Lage der Unterkunft in Aksaray ist gut. Das ist das einzig gute hier!

Cons:

Wir verstehen die ganzen positiven Bewertungen für dieses Hotel nicht. Für das Geld gibt es deutlich bessere in der Lage für weniger Geld. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal renoviert werden.
Das verrückteste an der Sache ist der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, dafür durften wir 15€ pro Tag extra zahlen. Das steht bei der Buchung nirgendwo. Eine Frechheit. Wir sind jedes Jahr in Istanbul und mussten bisher in keinem Hotel Parkgebühren extra zahlen. Die konnten uns das in der Rechnung auch nicht vorweisen. Alles wurde zusammengeführt. Vielleicht auch um sich ein Steuervorteil zu verschaffen. Das Personal ist nicht kompetent genug um es zu führen. Lediglich ein Mitarbeiter (Bünjamin) war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir sind enttäuscht und kommen hier nicht mehr her.
