Pros:

Es un muy buen Hotel, muy bien decorado, cómodo y con instalaciones impecables, además está bien ubicado, hay metro y supermercado cerca. El personal muy atento y cordial.

Great little hotel!
Pros:

Great location for my meetings. Spacious, clean room with much needed airco. Very friendly staff. Sorry I had to miss the breakfast and waffles!

Hotel cómodo y bien ubicado con personal atento.
Pros:

La atención del personal. El barrio. El desayuno.

Cons:

La almohada. Solicité la posibilidad de una más cómoda. El personal de recepción lo intentó pero no había alternativa. Es un tema importante a mejorar.

I wasn’t happy about the room on the ground floor. It was small and lacking decoration. Maybe the other rooms are nicer.

Noisy but pretty rooms
Pros:

Very friendly service, wonderful rooms and comfortable with one big minor disadvantageous noise from the next door cafe makes it impossible to sleep.

Cons:

In the evening it sounded like you were literally in the cafe next door. The walls to the cafe are very thin and you can hear all the noise from the neighbors. We asked for a different room but we had to downsize to a much smaller room for that. The smaller room was quiet but we paid for a double room. The lobby desk advised for us to go out and return around 1 at night it would be quiet because the cafe would close. If we knew that the noise was so loud we would choose another hotel.
