Mildew Smell Overwhelming
Pros:

Our first impression of the Hotel was not good, The outside was dirty, full trash cans, and dirty sidewalks. The check in desk was understaffed as a single clerk was responsible for checking people in and answering the phones.

When we opened the door to our first room, the mildew smell was overwhelming. We turned the Air Conditioning on and went to eat. When we returned it was even worse than check in. The clerk did move us to a new room and it was for the first few hours. We could smell that someone had recently sprayed an air freshener but it was not over powering. Unfortunately after the air had run for a few hours an overwhelming mildew smell returned.

It was what we needed some where clean and affordable enough to spend the night.
Pros:

Friendly Customer Service and the free shuttle from and to the airport.

Cons:

Ceiling shower, pillows, pool had a very strong chlorine smell.

Dissappointed
Cons:

I called the front desk on Sunday and specifically asked if the pool was open and operational because having a pool was an important factor in choosing a hotel. I was assured that the pool was up and running, so I proceeded with my booking.

Upon arrival, I discovered that maintenance is being performed on the pool and it is currently unavailable. To make matters more frustrating, I received three different answers from three different employees. One front desk employee told me the pool would be open after tomorrow, a housekeeper said it was only available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM while work was being done, and another front desk employee stated that the pool would not reopen until next week.

I am extremely disappointed, not only because the pool is closed after I specifically confirmed its availability before booking, but also because of the inconsistent information provided by staff. Had I been given accurate information, I would have chosen a different hotel.

I was mislead and not happy. The closure sign went up after my many attempts of entering the pool. How are the employees unaware of what is going on within the hotel?

Not the best hotel, but good place to lay your head.
Pros:

I like how friendly the staff were and how quick the check in was.The facility was clean .

Cons:

To start off one elevator was out of order and the pool area was too hot. It felt like a sauna. The next day after checking in, the second elevator broke down. I went to to my clothes in the room and the ironing board broke and fell down on my foot. When I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have another staff to come to the room and remove the broken ironing board. I had to fold it up and put it back in the closet due to not wanting to carry it down four flights of stairs to the front desk. Last but not least my refrigerator went out one night, not sure if it was defrosting, and the pull out bed was in poor condition.

I had a problem with my room and I was not treated properly. I’m still waiting for a resolution about compensation from one of my stays at that property, I am disappointed in the customer service

It was good.
Pros:

The room was clean, the overnight front desk staff was nice and I was thankful to have a friendly, welcoming face at check in early morning after our flight got delayed. The breakfast buffet was good. Good distance from the airport.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool and hot tub but when I got there I was told it was under renovation. That really bothered me but I didnt complain at the time. We arrived early morning because of flight delay and there wasn't any bottled water in the room for mom to take meds. While we were given the water which I was told was supposed to be in the room. I was tired and had to go downstairs from the 4th floor after having showered and changed into my sleepwear. That said, only one elevator worked so sometimes the wait was a little longer than you'd want to.

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast was not great. I do not consume pork and the turkey was being picked up with the pork utensil. Smoke smell in the hallway.
