Expensive parking, uncomfortable beds/pillows, bad smells in the hallways and elevators. The front desk suggested I call them to get a shuttle service back to the hotel after getting off the subway since walking to the hotel is impossible due to the busy street and lack of sidewalks, but when I called they never picked up the phone.

The location was mediocre. There was no place around if you wanted to grab a bite to eat or needed forgotten essentials. And if you are on the wrong side, as I was, you hear traffic and road noise at night.

Getting transport to and from the hotel using their convenient 23-hour shuttle service was very easy and great. The description of the van picking you up was super clear, and very reliable. I liked the option of getting a complimentary on-the-go breakfast pack for my super early-morning flight - it made sure I did not have to worry about finding something to eat before my flight. Very friendly staff!
There was no hot water, so my shower I had to take upon arrival in the middle of the night was extremely cold and therefore unpleasant. There was breakfast I paid for, but due to the hours they served breakfast I was not able to get any before my flight, and the receptionist at the front desk did not tell me about the complimentary breakfast that could be available until I asked about the little lunch bags I saw on a table in front of the front desk. She could have been a bit more helpful with ensuring I had an option for breakfast before my flight that could be provided by the airport.

I was in Boston for 2 days and wanted a location near the airport. I liked that aspect. I liked the amenities in the room (wifi was good, coffee pot, refrigerator).
I was shocked I had to pay $30 a day to park my rental car. I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel. If I was a local and wanted to park there while I flew out of Logan, the fee is $18. But if you pay over $200 a night to stay there, you pay $30. Go figure!

Disappointed that no dining room or bar / cocktails were available in the building.
Also I made a call when we landed as to where to find the shuttle and was told it’s blue just wait until you see the blue van (!?) The same gal was on desk Alone when we arrived And looked overwhelmed. I felt sorry for her until we went to our rooms and returned to the desk to get the food we had ordered from the kitchen.
Then upon check out we were told
15 per cent gratuity Which was deserving of Housekeeping staff
Plus town of Revere tax fee was a surprise.
