Или была бесплатная парковка, бесплатный завтрак или какой-то бонус? Ничего такого экстра не было, ну собственно поэтому скажу, что это вполне нормальный отель за эту цену!
Отсутствие бесплатных завтраков, парковки бесплатной, не самый лучший вид из окон. Но во всех остальных местах, все хорошо!

The proximity to the airport
It took three (3) times to get our room figured out. 1st time key didn’t work, battery issue with front door box. 2nd time only king bed. We needed/requested 2 bed room. Third time was a charm but it required several trips to the front desk. By the way, 5th floor hotel phone near elevator doesn’t work :/ Hotel needs a refresh.

Water would back up a little in the bath tub.
Everything was great from the shuttle personnel to the kitchen staff. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything was done very well.

The hotel offers a free shuttle from Logan and they advertise it prominently. Upon booking the room I pointed out that I needed that service, and I sent an email asking about it but got no response. Two weeks later I arrived with family after a long flight from Eastern Europe and tried calling the front desk from the airport to ask where I should wait for the shuttle. Two things happened: they either did not answer the calls or else put me immediately on hold for 15 minutes at a time and did not pick up the phone. After several failed attempts I gave up and paid for a taxi to the hotel, 26 dollars total. The man at the desk asked me if I had been the person calling earlier, made a very brief apology for not picking up the phone and not sending in the driver saying they were busy, and gave me a free bag of chips from the hotel store as a compensation of sorts. A World Cup soccer match was on television in the lobby and I suspect that it may have had something to do with the refusal to pick up the phone. I fly frequently into Logan but I will not return to this hotel as it offers a service that it does not actually provide, and the room is not exactly cheap either (280 dollars a night). By the way, I got a text on my phone the day of my arrival asking me to call them about the shuttle!
