Relatively quiet for a place so close to the airport. Shuttle service hard to get hold of from the airport but going back it was good.
I have stayed at a few of the Hamptons around Boston Logan and this is by far the worst. Staff are constantly busy and unpleasant, the room is super basic, and the breakfast is dire. The room didn't have curtains so the light wakes you up, we couldn't turn off the AC which is super loud, there were blood spatters on the walls (!), and only one elevator worked so we people were waiting for ages. Everything looks like it's fallen into disrepair and they don't want to improve anything.

Eine echte Frechheit war am Abend der „Shrimps-Cocktail“. Ein paar nackte Shrimps hingen über dem Rand eines Cocktailglases, und das für 20 Dollar fanden wir unverschämt.

The rooms were too hot. They didn’t have and fans. We asked for sheets for the sofa bed so my son could go to bed and they didn’t come up for hours. The 4am shuttle bus was awful. The staff were arguing in each others face in front of all the guests waiting which included my child and other children. I would like a refund.
I liked the breakfast. one elevator was broken which made it tedious to wait long periods of time. Cookies were a bonus! Shuttle was great but I needed more info on where exactly to pick up the shuffle.

The beds were top notch and the room was perfect for what we needed. The staff was mostly friendly, though there were some that were loudly complaining about management in a common area. Breakfast was good, and had a lovely selection.
There is currently only one elevator that took FOREVER and we ended up having to take the stairs because there was never any room for us when it did finally stop on our floor. Our bathroom floor looked as though it hadn't been swept well either.
