my stay was pleasant
Pros:

Extremely overpriced - more like a Quality Inn
Pros:

I had a cookie. That was good. Breakfast was fine. Shuttle to and from airport.

Cons:

This hotel was a real stinker. The elevator was busted, so you had to call down to the front desk to request the elevator come up. Ain't nothing like carrying suitcases down five flights of stairs at 7am. Stupid.

La posizione, molto comoda per spostarsi . Il check-in Smart, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff.

Cons:

La pulizia: siamo arrivati e nel doccino c’era una matassa di capelli incastrati. Il bagno: impossibilità di avere un bidet o un doccino sopra al water. La domotica non perfetta, alcune cose non gestibili correttamente . L’impossibilità di spegnere l’aria condizionata e di impostare un grado più elevato di 24^ (le finestre non erano apribili), la quale non permetteva di riposare in quanto sparata sopra alla testa. Il costo della colazione improponibile.

The bad experiences outweighed the good
Pros:

They gave us a downstairs room like we requested and had a very good breakfast

Cons:

I sent an emailed form for pre-payment on my credit card so my friend I was meeting would not have to pay for the room, but they could not find my authorization and it was a big problem for her because her credit card was not working and she had to contact her sister to sign an authorization. They much later finally found my authorization and billed it to me, but not after a lot of trouble for my friend.
Also, I reserved this hotel because of the free airport shuttle but this was not convenient at all. They said to call the front desk when I arrived at the airport or download an app. I called the front desk three times and they answered but hung up on me when I said I was calling about the shuttle. I downloaded the app, but it was very confusing. I finally called my friend at the hotel who called the front desk for me and found out where I was supposed to wait and when the shuttle would come.
Both of these experiences were unnecessary and upsetting.
The hotel is also older with smallish rooms and their “restaurant” has a very limited menu and is more of a bar lounge.

Great location, fair value.
Pros:

Location and complimentary shuttle that runs 24x7 was really helpful for our trip.

Cons:

The mattress were really uncomfortable and the air conditioner could not run for more than few minutes.

It's a very good choice if you need an economical but comfortable hotel near the airport.
Pros:

The room was comfortable; the breakfast was appreciated after a long flight. The shuttle service functioned well. The staff were super helpful in finding an item we left behind and returning it to us.

Pros:

One staff member was very friendly, the others seemed not to care much either way.

Parking was easy to navigate, and the location was very good.

Cons:

The lobby was very busy when we arrived - I'm not sure if this was because we arrived at a very busy time or just that people seemed to be mulling around and letting their kids run riot.

There was also only one elevator in service due to construction, which often meant waiting in line for it to arrive. It would have been nice to get a heads up about repairs happening ahead of time.

Breakfast was very minimal, with little variety and paper plates which is always a bad sign. The coffee was dreadful.
