Excellent hotel very well located and extremely comfortable
Pros:

The suite we stayed in is very beautiful, extremely comfortable and has a little patio to enjoy during the day. The beds are extremely comfortable. It is convenient to have the restaurant just downstairs. The location is hyper central.

Cons:

Electricity didnt work, staff indifferent to it. Only luke warm water, made a point of not letting us into our room when we arrived at 130pm. Tried to charge 3 dollars for a cup of undrinkable coffee

La ubicación

Cons:

El personal de recepción era bastante apático, especialmente el turno de la tarde-noche. Cumplen con sus funciones pero definitivamente el customer service no es lo suyo. Cada interacción se sentía como un inconveniente.
No hay cafetera en el cuarto ni en el lobby. Hay que esperar hasta las 7am cuando abre el restaurante. Esto es problemático únicamente para la gente que se levanta temprano o tiene tours a primera hora.
Finalmente, el WiFi y la distribución de muebles en el cuarto. El Wifi es totalmente inaccesible desde la habitación. La señal de redes telefónicas tampoco llegan al cuarto entonces sin el Wifi quedas totalmente desconectado al entrar al cuarto. Los cuartos con dos camas (por lo menos el nuestro) tienen un espacio muy reducido para accesar el baño. La esquina de la cama queda a menos de un metro de la puerta del clóset. Esto resulta un poco tedioso si es más de una persona en el mismo cuarto a la hora de alistarse. O inclusive sería intransitable si se tuvieran problemas de movilidad.

I have stayed at this hotel three times and have always enjoyed the staff and services.

De ligging is super centraal. Kamer is zeer proper.

Cons:

De airco's maken een enorm lawaai. Het is onbegrijpelijk dat deze niet op dak staan maar boven het raam van de onderburen. Gans de nacht niet kunnen slapen zelfs met gesloten raam, rustig op een terras zitten hoort er dus ook niet bij dan. Vreselijk. Tevens werden er werken uitgevoerd in een nabije kamer. Dit is echt not done terwijl het hotel open is voor gasten. Uiteindelijk hebben we een kamer op het hogste verdiep gekregen.

Perfekte Lage. Hotel mit Charme und Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und damit perfekt für den Aufenthalt in historischen Zentrum geeignet. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Obwohl die Ausstattung des Zimmers schon älter ist, hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und es wurde jeden Tag sehr sauber gereinigt. Das Personal hat sich prima um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Dieses Hotel empfehle ich uneingeschränkt weiter.

Cons:

Das Licht aus dem Innenhof scheint etwas durch die Eingangstür, was aber kein großes Problem war.

Me encantó la ubicación y la comodidad de la habitación, también tienen un restaurante disponible ahí mismo. Me gustó mucho que tuvieran dispensador de agua en cada piso para poder rellenar botellas.

Cons:

Hay árboles en el centro del hotel y lo hacen ver muy fresco, sin embargo, los pajarillos que llegan ahí desde las 4am cantaban y ya no pude dormir. Entiendo que son cosas de la naturaleza pero si era incómodo, por lo que recomiendo llevar tapones de oídos si tienen el sueño ligero .

Pros:

Location was great walking distance to the center. The communal water jug in the courtyard was greatly appreciated. I loved having the terrace with the chairs as a nice place to sit and relax.

Cons:

Bathroom shower drain was slow. Not sure if it was just in our room.
