Limpieza, instalación, ubicación y seguridad

la ubicacion es privilegiada, a 2 cuadras del jardin botanico y el templo de santo domingo, esta rodeado de restaurants, bares, cafes, y muy cerca de todo, aunque ya luce viejo el mobiliario, todo esta absolutamente limpio, y tienen amenidades en habitacion como shampoo, crema, cotonetes, para limpiar zapatos, plancha, secadora, caja fuerte, tv, a/c, tiene suficientes enchufes, me agrado que tienen dispensador de agua fria en los pasillos, tiene restaurant abajao del hotel, creo que volvere siempre.
el unico punto malo, es que no cuenta con estacionamiento, ni hay estacionamientos publicos ceracanos

The building and the rooms are really nice and it gives you a real feeling of being on holidays. The staff was helpful. I just wish we could have had a nice Mexican breakfast.
I would be great if there was a parking, but other than that, this place is great. Rooms are nicely decorated, shower works perfectly. The location is also pretty good.

De día había ruido todo el rato, como de una máquina, que no dejaba descansar. La atención de la recepción dejó bastante que desear, encargamos un taxi para el aeropuerto, insistiéndole varias veces en la hora el día anterior. Llegó la hora y no estaba, pasaron 10 minutos e indicaron que había tráfico, que ya vendría. Por suerte apareció un taxi por la calle y nos recogió, pasándole el viaje que tenía a un compañero suyo. El taxi que supuestamente había reservado el hotel no apareció, y el nuevo taxista nos indicó que no había nada de tráfico ese día.

La habitación con terraza, espectacular. Las camas muy cómodas y mucho espacio en la habitación. Cercano al centro.
La atención del personal: poco amable, de mal humor, con muy pocas ganas de hacer su trabajo.

The hotel itself was super cute. The rooms were clean and there were water stations available for drinking water whenever needed. The location was also convenient.
There was no coffee in the room, which is a huge downfall for me. There is a restaurant attached, but you have to go there to order it and it's 60 pesos each cup. I love waking up and drinking coffee in my pj's before leaving my room, so that was a huge downfall. Also, the restaurant closed at 5pm, so if you wanted to eat dinner in the room, you had to order fairly early. My daughter was sick so we couldn't leave as much as planned :(
The courtyard is super cute, but it makes the rooms noisy. People hang out there, you can hear the cleaning, etc...

Potential guests need to be aware that this hotel does not have an elevator. Guests with mobility issues should request a ground floor room. We were given a room on the third floor, which was fine, but going up and down the stairs proved to be a challenge. The hotel is not very close to the city center, but within about 10 min from it.
I loved the location, the decor of the hotel and the very helpful staff. The room was very confortable and the wifi connection was excellent. I loved the fact there was water dispenser on each floor, so we could fill our water bottles rather than provide plastic water bottles to the guests in their rooms. The staff was more than helpful to take by bag up to the 2nd floor because there is no elevator. The room was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations. It is a budget hotel in a great location and it is very, very decent. I'll stay here again when visiting Oaxaca.
My experience at the hotel was totally positive, so can't say anything bad.
