sicuramente si trova in un'ottima posizione.

Cons:

Il bagno non era attrezzato con bagno schiuma e shampoo, solo una saponetta. Per quello che ho pagato, il servizio è scadente.
Inoltre, ho sbagliato a prenotare su Booking le date e me ne sono accorto una volta giunto in struttura. Ho chiesto quindi un'altra camera, ho pagato di nuovo il soggiorno e ho chiesto se fosse possibile il rimborso della prenotazione errata. Inizialmente il personale mi ha confermato che non ci sarebbe stato problema per il rimborso, ma dopo pochi giorni hanno negato tutto dicendomi "la nostra politica non prevede rimborsi". Mi sono sentito preso in giro. Mi hanno detto che sarebbe stato possibile il rimborso solo per farmi comprare un'altra stanza. Non sono stati corretti.

la ubicacion es privilegiada, a 2 cuadras del jardin botanico y el templo de santo domingo, esta rodeado de restaurants, bares, cafes, y muy cerca de todo, aunque ya luce viejo el mobiliario, todo esta absolutamente limpio, y tienen amenidades en habitacion como shampoo, crema, cotonetes, para limpiar zapatos, plancha, secadora, caja fuerte, tv, a/c, tiene suficientes enchufes, me agrado que tienen dispensador de agua fria en los pasillos, tiene restaurant abajao del hotel, creo que volvere siempre.

Cons:

el unico punto malo, es que no cuenta con estacionamiento, ni hay estacionamientos publicos ceracanos

Lovely traditional stay in a clean and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The building and the rooms are really nice and it gives you a real feeling of being on holidays. The staff was helpful. I just wish we could have had a nice Mexican breakfast.

Cons:

I would be great if there was a parking, but other than that, this place is great. Rooms are nicely decorated, shower works perfectly. The location is also pretty good.
