One of my favourite hotels in Pune. Polite staff, great food in the Chinese restaurant and a good breakfast. Beautiful heritage building. Chaitanya Sharma, the assistant front office manager stood out with his politeness and helpful nature. He deserves an A+.

Had some issues with the check-in room, but was resolved by Housekeeper Head POOJA SHIVAJI NIMONKAR.

Morning time breakfast buffet good selections are available but loud noise of flute play in the restaurant sometimes bothers.

Some days On special circumstances was given lounge access as restaurant was too noisy in the mornings.
Visited 2 months in a row with 10 days stay each visit. Been in paste as well couple years ago.

dirty towels used for a long time..all become black still using it...room is too old not done any renovation ..KMCY restaurant, outside part is so dirty, taking long time to serve the food...
