Absolutely terrible.
Cons:

Attention! If you're planning to stay here with your family, please read this before booking.

This was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is poorly managed, and most of the staff—especially the reception staff—were rude, disrespectful, and misleading.

When we arrived, the receptionist told us that the parking fee would be paid the next day, but did not mention that it would cost €40. We were only informed when we had to pay the following morning. This should have been explained in advance.

There is ongoing construction work near the swimming pool, which creates noise and ruins the atmosphere. The bed linens in our room were also stained, which is completely unacceptable.

This hotel does not live up to the standards you would expect in Monaco, especially considering its high price.

To make matters worse, after breakfast our child developed a stomach ache and vomited during our journey. While we cannot say for certain that the breakfast was the cause, it happened immediately afterward and was very concerning.

We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We truly regret choosing to stay here. We booked a room for three adults and did not include our 6-year-old daughter because many other hotels do not count children of her age. When the hotel informed us about the issue, I offered either to pay the additional charge or to change the reservation.

However, they refused both to modify the reservation and to refund our money. Instead, they threatened to call the police. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Shame on them.
