Bon emplacement mais hôtel dans son jus.
Pros:

L’emplacement mais attention l’héliport est juste a côté et fonctionne de 8.00 à 20.00. Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

La climatisation dans les chambres est obsolète. La
Piscine est en commun avec les autres résidences autour et ressemble plus à une piscine municipale qu’une piscine d’un hôtel. Les navettes sont disponibles jusqu’à 18.00 et ne viennent pas te rechercher il faut se débrouiller pour les retours à l’hôtel. Le service conciergerie est très gentil majs n’est pas au point pour les renseignements sur les transports pour les retours on s’est retrouvé sans rien au niveau des plages le soir. Les salles de bains sont d’époque.

Das Zimmer war für eine Suite total enttäuschend. Ein rostiges Gestell für die Handtücher, nur ein kleines Waschbecken… das ist ein etwas grösseres Doppelzimmer aber sicher keine Suite !

Cons:

Die weiblichen Mitarbeiterinnen im Restaurant waren jeden Tag wo sie da waren uninteressiert, unfreundlich und arrogant. Wir haben uns sehr geärgert.
Das Frühstück war schon vor Frühstücksende geplündert und nicht aufgefüllt. Kein Milch in der Kaffeemaschine, kein Joghurt, keine Früchte mehr , keine Müslis Haken mehr , Fleisch und Käseplatten leer …

Vergane glorie
Pros:

De locatie is natuurlijk heel goed daar bij de jachthaven en midden in de stad. Vandaar ook de prijs die ze kunnen vragen.

De titel beschijft het eigenlijk al, Het begint al bij de aankomst. Ik wist niet dat er vallet parking is voor mijn auto en dus ben ik zelf gaan parkeren. De man in de garage zei dat dit helemaal niet nodig was. Waarom vertel je dat als management niet in de bevestiging. Eerste minpunt dus. Voor 1 nacht in augustus hebben wij 620euro betaald. Voor een kamer wat niet groter is dan een bezemkast, en als je om het hoekje keek zag je inderdaad door het raam de zee. Ik snap dat je zo een hotel niet in 1keer kunt verbouwen, maar wat een vergane glorie. De entree met het versleten tapijt op de trap bijvoorbeeld. De receptioniste vertelede dat legitimeren met rijbewijs niet kon. Dat is een wettelijk legitimatie in heel Europa, een copy maken van mijn paspoort is officieel niet eens toegestaan door mijn regering... Maar dat kan in Monaco wellicht anders zijn. Het duurde zeker 20minuten voordat onze bagage op de kamer werd gebracht en dat nog na bellen van mij naar de receptie. De kamer is echt heel klein met een douche in bad. je kunt niet alles gelijk verbouwen maar dit is zo oubollig. Zorg dan i.i.g. dat er een goede mengkraan in het bad zit en een hele fijne dochekop. Interieur is echt niet meer van deze tijd. Ik ben zeker niet beroerd om veel geld te betalen voor een kamer, en weet dat Monaco duur is, maar dan moet ALLES kloppen. En dan bij het ontbijt nog 9 euro durven vragen voor een verse jus. Geen sparkling wine, geen vers water, geen omelet op aanvraag. Overal nog extra voor betalen. Dan ben je de gast echt aan het uitknijpen. Zeer Hilton onwaardig.
