Great hotel and lovely staff and receptionists. A newly refurbished room but air con not working and no tv on the first night. They gave us fans and a small refund for both nights.

Nepatiko pastoviai trankomos durys kurios kėlė garsą ir tuo pačiu trenkdavo mūsų duris. Kažkas yra nesureguliuota, tad kai bet kad išeina iš savo kambario ir paleidžia duris , jūsų durys irgi trenksis. Iš pradžių buvome gavę kambarį prie kažkokio burzguančio aparato, tačiau mums ji greit pakeitė ir kitas numeris buvo ramesnis, apart durų. Kambaryje nėra gyvatuko tad neįmanoma išsidžiovinti rūbų jeigu ėjote į baseiną
Staff very polite and helpful, I've got a disabled partner and they went above and beyond to help us, all your staff, very, very comfortable beds, we didn't want to get out of them to go home.
A bit confusing as we were on the second floor in 252 and 254, didn't know were to go to our rooms, that's all, no other negatives, definitely not.

Excellent value for money, really enjoyed the stay. No issues checking in or out. Staff were friendly & attentive. Room was clean. Very happy with hotel. Also being in a good location for what we needed.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
There was only one large towel and two people staying. I know we could have requested another at reception but I feel like another one should have been provided anyway. Also the staff in the bar weren't particularly friendly.

We spent one night here as we were visiting the Black Country Living Museum which is very close by. The hotel itself is well presented and we had a nice meal in the bar and grill on site. Breakfast (which is extra) was also good.
The hotel room was small and stuffy. There was a fan, but no air con. We kept the window open at night to let air in, but were then woken at 8AM with pumping bass, I assume was from the gym.
We paid extra to use the pool, which was a great facility. Parking was also an additional cost. I believe that there is an option to pay for a deal where they are both included.
I feel that the price is a little inflated considering what you actually get at this hotel.
We had a nice stay, but wouldn't be rushing back.
