Deffinatly over priced for the rooms displayed
Travlelodge down the road half that price for a better room.
Deffinatly woudnt book again after stayin in the walsall and dudley hotels

Functional big hotel. Noisy in the communal areas at weekends.
Pros:

Comfy, clean and friendly staff!
Pros:

Staff were so helpful and friendly.. and appreciated the birthday drinks voucher which was left in the room.. thank you.. very handy for a visit to the Black Country Museum

Cons:

Room was quite warm but we could open the window so wasn’t really a problem

A clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay with a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The property was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The beds were very comfortable, the room had everything we needed, and the hotel had a welcoming feel. The location was convenient for Dudley and Birmingham, and overall it made our stay easy and enjoyable.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything major we didn’t like. Overall, it was a positive stay. A few small finishing touches or updates could make it even better, but nothing affected our comfort.

A comfortable stop over
Pros:

Sadly, I booked the hotel for my husband who was attending a funeral of a friend from the area and the wake was held at the hotel. We did not know what to expect but my husband was very impressed with the standard of the hotel and the price was very reasonable.

Very relaxing what ever your staff may be..pleasure,wotrk related. My only low point was,,only 1 chair in a double room plus toilet very low for a person. Disabled
