Great boutique hotel in downtown, walk to everything. Staff helpful.
Pros:

Close to everything so you can walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, grocery, mud baths, wine tasting. Staff were helpful. Can borrow bike. Lighr breakfast they bring to your room. Enjoyed hot springs hot tub and pool. Let me hang out at the pool after check out which was very nice. Solo trip and felt safe.

Cons:

I can hear people walking in room above me.

Pros:

Very cool hotel with art deco vibe. A little funky, but in a good way. The two gentlemen that checked us in were very accommodating. José was super helpful with any request and delivering coffee each morning. The pool was a delight in the afternoon, after wine tastings when it was 95 degrees! Best location in Calistoga. Wonderful lotion, soap and hair care products provided as well. I felt everyone on the property went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Cons:

My only suggestion would be to replace the bed linens. They seemed rather worn out.

Great hotel, staff and location
Pros:

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, grocery store around the corner. Lovely older building with updated rooms, very comfortable. Nice pool.

Excellent staff, service, location, with very comfortable accommodations. Would def recommend!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the accommodations were spacious, the complimentary morning coffee and breads delivered to our room were very nice, and we loved the pool and mineral spring whirlpool.

If in the area, I will be booking that hotel!!!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to make my stay the best. The pool is large and hot tub full of mineral water and they will let you use a bike! Fun area and the town is quaint. Great Resturants, amazing bike trails and places to hike. Wineries galore. People are very friendly.

Cons:

I had a one bed room that was small. That was fine but I wished there had been a small refrigerator in the room. They said it was too small for a refrigerator. But I found out later I could have kept food in their large refrigerator which was behind a locked door.

You should have called
Pros:

Courtesy. Pool (despite what I said below). Hot tub. Balcony in room. Fast thinking employees that gave us a different room.

Cons:

Pool temperature. Supposedly heated at 80 degrees. It wasn't heated at all. The 2 for 1 happy hour was unavailable on Tuesday despite website indicating it was open 7 days a week. The "courtyard view" did not exist. And there was no courtyard view from ANY room at the hotel.

Pros:

The front desk employees so friendly, even though we had to leave early in the morning they left us a bag of muffins and fruit. So thoughtful. And the pool was amazing, lots of happy guests.

No elevator, but I understand its an older building
