Wonderful stay at Ummed property in Ahmedabad
Pros:

Excellent renovated room. In the reception Sandhya, Rehan and Kanishk are very caring and supportive. Enjoyed the stay and the spa too . Would definitely come back to stay again.

Great Team Great Hotel Great Staff
Pros:

I booked the Hotel for my parents considering it was close to the Airport. My father had a slight discomfort on the way to the hotel but the staff was very supportive. Right from Check-in to check out the hotel staff ensured my parents were well attended and any requirements (even if they had to be fulfilled from outside for example medicines) were met.

I specially thank Sunny who went above and beyond in ensuring medicines were delivered to my parents and they were dropped safely to the Airport (all this while he was not even in his shift).

The above review not only talks about the services but also the fact that the staff treats every guest in a humanly way.

Big Thank you to the entire team, support staff and specially SUNNY.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent food! Breakfast buffet had a very extensive spread. The food was tasty and the menu for lunch and dinner had a lot of variety in both restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about during our overnight stay.

Excellent Hospitality and Wonderful Restaurant Service

I had a wonderful experience at The Ummed Ahmedabad. The hotel has a beautiful ambience, excellent hospitality, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant service was especially impressive, and I would like to appreciate Saksham Modi for his warm, attentive, and professional service. He made our dining experience even better with his courteous nature and helpful attitude. Overall, a truly 5-star experience. Highly recommended!
