Manque de respect de la part de booking!

Le petit déjeuner était super. Le personnel adorable.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas apprécié l’accueil, la propreté de l’établissement. Il était en travaux et des échafaudages étaient dressés sur notre façades. Les ouvriers commençaient les travaux à 7 heures du matin! L’espace piscine était sale et apparemment, celle-ci était ouverte à d’autres personnes de l’établissement!La vie de notre chambres étaient indignes de cet hôtel . Vous devriez nous prévenir et nous n’aurions pas sélectionné cet hôtel. Je peux vous envoyer des photos et vous jugerai. Dès lors, je vous demande un remboursement d’au moins 50% pour les causes évoquées.

תמורה טובה למחיר.
Pros:

שרות אדיב, חדר נקי ומאד נוח. מיטות גדולות, מקלחת מצויינת, פינת קפה נדיבה. בריכה נהדרת.

Cons:

מרחק של כ- עשר דקות הליכה בדרך לא קלה לחוף הים. עליות וירידות.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bon hôtel 4 étoiles, belle piscine avec arbres autour, bon petit déjeuner avec produits de qualité,
chambre spacieuse donnant sur la petite rue mais vue sur la mer dégagée, literie très confortable et climatisation qui fonctionne bien
à 10 minutes à pied de Cala major
bus 4 pour aller à Cala Illetes (superbe crique), ou à Palma.

Cons:

nettoyage piscine à améliorer, vu saletés végétales au niveau des marches, et mieux nettoyer autour des transats (des personnes laissent des bouteilles plastiques par exemple)
dommage que le bar soit fermé en juin
travaux côté salle petit déjeuner et donnant sur certaines chambres, mais nous avons pu changer de chambre pour une autre à l'opposé, du coup pas entendu de bruit le matin
