Pros:

Le personnel était a l écoute et tres agreable

Cons:

Il y a des tres gros travaux dans l établissement actuellement. Nous sommes tres mécontents de ne pas avoir été prévenu. Marqueur piqueur et coup de marteau des 8h00 le.matin et meme le samedi Impossible de faire une grasse matinée et Impossible de se relaxer a la piscine.
Impossible de profiter de la terrasse car poussière et résidu. Ascenseur jamais dispo avec les ouvriers.
Cela aurait pu etre un beau sejour et ces travaux ont tout gâchés !!!

Tutto bene ma i lavori in corso andavano comunicati
Pros:

L attenzione che ci è stata data dall amabile staff dopo vari inconvenienti che abbiamo avuto all interno dell hotel. In particolare ci sono piaciute le due colazioni che ci sono state offerte e la carineria dell ultimo giorno dove abbiamo potuto lasciare non solo i bagagli ma anche usare i bagni

Cons:

L'hotel stava facendo alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione, soprattutto sul piano dove alloggiavo, questo ha causato alcuni disguidi di cui uno francamente imperdonabile. La piscina era chiusa per stagione e non c era possibilità non solo di farsi il bagno ma neanche di rilassarsi su un lettino. Credo che entrambe le informazioni avrebbe dovuto essere comunicate prima e/o al momento della prenotazione.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la vista che si poteva apprezzare dalla camera che abbiamo prenotato.
La colazioone è risultata ricca e abbondante e lo staff è stato super disponibile ad accogliere e soddifare alcuni fuori menù che abbiamo richiesto.

Cons:

Non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare e non ho punti di miglioramento da suggerire alla struttura

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel etwas abseits des Trubels
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht aus dem oberen Stockwerk,toller Pool, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Hotel liegt etwas „bergauf“, daher Fußweg dorthin etwas beschwerlich, sonst super Adresse.

Staff helpful. Clean hotel. Breakfast lovely.

Cons:

Building work which woke us up early in the morning.
No bar at all in the hotel dispite one advertised.
Untidy around pool area.

Pros:

Nice located hotel, close to bus stop to reach Palma and bus main station to explore the island. Nearest beach 10-15 minutes walk. Restaurants and market also in the area. All what needed. Nice personel, clean room.

Cons:

We booked the 2x single bed room but it was not available when we arrived. Reception offered to change room next day what was nice, we did not decided for this, doubble bed was big and comfortable.

Jó elhelyezkedés, a közelben van kisbolt, bevásárló központ, éttermek, buszmegálló. Csendes, barátságos hely, a reggeli bőséges.
