Pros:

The rooms was big .

Cons:

The room was never cleaned. I had hair all over the bed and the toilet and shower wasn't cleaned never cleaned at all it was so dirty. The bathroom counter was dirty with hair all over it mirrors was nasty. The floors in the room were dirty and stuff all over it. The furniture has stuff on it and got onto my personal items.

The staff were very nice.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There was no shower curtain. I assumed the shampoo bottle on the wall had shampoo to discover it was completely out when I was in the shower. The ice machine did not work. The "breakfast" ran out of eggs within the first part of breakfast. There was never more made, I waited. The beds were a huge spring. It was possibly the worst nights sleep and the worst stay I have had. The only good thing I can say is the staff were nice.

Cons:

The tvs have no smart option, the breakfast was mid. Cream cheese frozen, no eggs, waffle machine wasn't working properly. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all and the carpets were visibly dirty. The ice machine was making a really weird noise. It was not worth the price at all.

The room was clean, maria the house keeper was excellent.

Cons:

The parking lot was horrible. The bathroom door didn't open all the way. There was a spot in the floor that was soft like you were going to fall through it. The view from our room was another building. Other than that, staff was excellent, nice, kind.

This was the DIRTIEST, most GHETTO place I have ever stayed in 64 years! I had to wash my boys shirt in the sink, and there was MOLD around the sink fixtures that swirled around the bowl!!! The floors were FILTHY. We had to wear shoes in the room to avoid the filthy floors. We used TP to cover the filthy toilet, and were so grossed out by the disgusting bathroom floor. The shower was fu;; of the last family's pubic hair! EWWWW! The curtains hem was out, and the chairs were thread bare. I am disgusted that I paid $128. for this DUMP. Congrats!, you got $128. for a filthy dump.
