Pros:

The staff was incredibly accommodating, even though the parking was fully booked, they helped directed us towards parking nearby.

Great, would definitely stay there again
Pros:

The area was nice, the bed was comfy and really well made!! I’m very picky when it comes to bedding and sheets and I was very pleased. A fan in the bathroom may have been nice but other then that it was great

Unsatisfactory
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms need a good refurb, the bathroom in particular, and the air conditioning, spa bath and razor socket in the bathroom were all broken. The spa bath leaked and the pump was very noisy. And there were no teaspoons.

Pros:

Excellent location, could walk to the city, no parking hassles.

Cons:

No notice given the room is not serviced so ran out of towels dish wash etc. Despite it being an hotel we were doing the housework at full price, could do this in a motel at half the price.

Ok stay, not as good as last time I have stayed at this hotel, standard slipped a bit.
Pros:

Bed comfortable, location pretty good

Cons:

Shower needed a good scrubbing to get clean. Wasn't happy when I signed in the staff member said out loud twice loudly my room number. As a solo woman Travellers, not happy about this at all.

We enjoyed staying.
Pros:

The hotel is near the CBD. You can cook if you don’t want to eat out.

Cons:

Some nights it is noisy from people yelling outside but that’s something the hotel has no control over.
