Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Very clean and roomy. The bed was comfy. Great location.

Cons:

There is a fan in the bathroom that doesn’t turn off. As long as the door is kept closed , it is okay.

Very relaxing, comfortable and clean place to stay if you want to be somewhere close to town
Pros:

The location and the available parking was a plus also liked how close it was to queen street.

Cons:

That you have to use the card to turn on the lights would’ve been better if we were given two just in case someone needs to go out

HORRIBLE and NON-EXISTENT customer service!
Pros:

I have been checking in at Parkside since 2023. This is one of my favourites. However, yesterday’s stay was DISAPPOINTING.

Cons:

Their aircon and heater were not working. They said I can borrow a heater as I am sensitive to cold weather. The desk was empty at 9:45pm and there was a mobile number to be called. I tried twice but they never picked up. Horrible! I slept through the cold night! How can they not pick up a call when it is displayed at the reception? I told the receptionist upon check out and he just said “SORRY”.
