Great location, but hotel decor is tired and dated. Night staff were extremely unhelpful.
Pros:

Nice building in central location, 10 minutes walk from The Pavilion and sea front.

Cons:

The night concierge was extremely unhelpful and reluctant to help resolve a few issues that we had.

A home from home but better!
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay of 6 nights at The Green House, Bournemouth. First time in Bournemouth, for a training course. I will be back to stay in The Green House for sure!
9/10 - slightly unfair as it was purely down to no AC and we were in the spell of Heatwaves. However there was a fan available.
Staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. My room - Wild Pear - was fabulous with a roll top bath! Toiletries provided were fabulous. And the breakfast was amazing. Made fresh to order. Close to the beach and the pier. Thank you for a great experience & hope to see you soon 😊

Oddly configured room. Not to everyone's taste to have a shower at the end of the bed.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. It was busy, and service was a little bit slow as a result, but quality was really good, and the staff were superb.

Cons:

Our room had a large walk-in shower at the end of our bed, which was rather odd.

Staff pleasant and helpful, clean and spacious room, off road parking, nice outdoor seating area.

Cons:

Due to exceptionally hot weather room was extremely hot with no air con window only opened 6 inch due to safety catch small fan provided but did next to nothing, struggled to sleep till temp dropped about 3am.

Already planning our next trip!
Pros:

We can't wait to come back. We stayed in Crab Apple which was such a beautiful room and loved how the bathroom merges into the bedroom. We had the best night sleep in our massive bed and I loved the Victorian roll top bath so much I had 3 baths during my 1 night stay 😂 The location is fantastic- a short walk into town. We had a delicious breakfast and will definitely need to try dinner at the Arbour restaurant on our next stay. Thank you to our friendly and attentive servers, talented chefs and the attention to detail from house keeping!
