Pros:

Clean and tidy friendly staff

Cons:

No fridge in the room
Dinning room staff a little bit lacking experience,, keep tables clean bring butter with toast and keeping empty glasses stored up , bin for cereal box’s at the buffet table

Very good and will be back!
Pros:

Been here many times; excellent breakfast but inconsistent potion sizes; daily.

Cons:

Lack of usb sockets in the room; however this time I found a hack; there is a usb socket on the size of the tv with the tv powered on it would slowly charge the iPhone / iPad.

Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, grosses bequemes Bett. Grosses Bad. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Nicht klimatisiert. Kann an heissen Tagen also warm werden. Wussten wir zwar, aber Parking kostet nochmal 10£/Nacht.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay in a very convenient location for the centre of Bournemouth.
Pros:

The location and how clean the hotel was. I also liked the leafy surroundings.

Cons:

The hotel could have provided a better fan in the room because the weather was very warm. The fan provided was inadequate. The breakfast service was very slow.

Pros:

Interesting lay out of the building and green references for room names. Room ( Holly) was comfortable and clean, but beds were rather too soft. Snack station was enjoyable! Perhaps more plug sockets could be available especially for the kettle ( perhaps with the coffee machine) The food in the Arbor restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Perhaps more could have been mentioned about the sustainability policy during our stay.

Perfect for those with accessibility requirements.
Pros:

Grand looking building
Lovely bedrooms, we had one accessible room which my friend said was the best designed bathroom she had ever had. Well done !
Wonderful breakfast- pancakes were delicious!

Had a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Staff very friendly & helpful & water supplied in room every day - still and/or sparkling on request.
Room very comfortable with really soft pillows.
Breakfast lovely with plenty of choice.
Buses very convenient, so used the M2 to visit Poole.

Cons:

Location for us was too near the main road & not close enough to the sea. No sea views, but surrounded by garden & trees.

Baby shower
Pros:

We celebrated our friend’s baby shower here this afternoon and it was a lovely afternoon. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and all games provided making it a stress free fun filled day. The afternoon tea was tasty and plentiful. Thank you for helping us celebrate this special occasion
