Perfect position, unbelievable pool, best staff ever, truly unforgettable
Pros:

The staff were the best we’ve ever encountered!! They were so helpful and professional yet appreciated our humour and shared a laugh with us every day. Made you feel like family ❤️

Massive love to staff and great location
Pros:

Super central and not heaps of stairs to get to. Pool was epic. Staff were amazing

Cons:

It’s on the older side. Which makes sense and gives it character but it means the bathroom is a bit aged. Also king bed as two singles is really obvious and moves apart

Old historical hotel in good location, but not at all worth the value, and the price

Our room was just under the restaurant and could here the chair get moved, early morning and late evening, most staff was arrogant like all hotel staff in Italy

Refreshing. Delicious. Elevated. Wonderful experience.
Pros:

The hotel is a historic gem. An old convent with interior details that transport you to another time. The staff was impeccable arranging rides, dinners and information with charm and integrity. The views and location were ideal. The pool is a special experience and the food was wonderful and the pool tower restaurant was beautiful and fantastic. Every restaurant that was recommended in town and nearby was a special experience and you can walk everywhere easily. There is even a tunnel to the city but wonderful to walk along the cliff and water to town. It was a perfect experience with two adults and two teenagers.

Cons:

There's not much to dislike but you must be careful crossing the street from hotel to pool (look both ways) and there are steps to the pool, but minor in the end for the amazing experience. I think everyone visits Positano understandably, but Amalfi and this hotel are very, very special.

Overwhelmingly special in terms if the staff feel and the historical atmostpher

The location is the most spactacular in Amalfi. Over water view that captivates you even time you look at it

The bed was bad. 2 singles put together.

The most amazing stay experience I will remember forever
Pros:

Everything. I think this is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed at. It was so amazing. Staff were so accommodating they went beyond. Waiters in the restaurant were just so professional but so hospitable I could have stayed there forever, it just had the most magnificent vibe If possible I recommend it once in a life time❤️

Pros:

i like our room and the wonderful view and your staff is most excellent!!!
Fredrico (bar master) was very entertaining, charming and makes a great cocktail.

Cons:

your outdoor space is amazing - it could use a little love
suggestion the drains in the corner should have a cypress tree in front of them to hide them.
I volunteer my architect husband to help make a plan - for a few free days :)
