According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

O hotel tem ótima localização e uma equipe extremamente solícita. Precisei imprimir um documento de 6 páginas e fizeram na hora como cortesia. Café da manhã muito bom.
Esperava mais do quarto pelo preço que eu paguei na diária. Uma banheira encardida, os rejuntes mofados. O secador de cabelo caindo, sem estar grudado na parede... Sinto que falta manutenção.

Location was good close to Avenue Paulista, appreciated the terrace in the room, room size was decent and staff friendly.
House keeping was very poor and inspite of several reminders, bedsheets not changed for 4 days, towels were not clean, same day laundry service not provided and also no laundry service on Sundays.

_ Uno de los dias debimos pedir dos veces nos hicieran la habitacion cuando volvimos a las 5pm y la encontramos sin hacer
_ El baño para discapacitados gran area pero hubiera preferido uno "standard" con una mesada mas amplia para comodidad de apoyar cosas
_ El desayuno..normal..
_ Las puertas del placard no funcionaban o corrian bien (hab 2201)
