According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was excellent, and the room was very clean when I first arrived.
The housekeeping service was very disappointing. After spending the whole day out, I returned to find that my room had not been cleaned or tidied.
I requested housekeeping twice from around 3:30pm and was assured that someone would come, but nobody arrived until around 7:30 pm. By that point, I was frustrated and just wanted to relax.
I honestly didn’t think I was expecting too much from a 4-star hotel. Having the bed made, the room tidied and the rubbish emptied should be basic standards. When the lady finally arrived, I simply asked her for a shower cap and told her not to bother cleaning, as I just wanted some peace and quiet.
It’s a shame because the hotel has a great location and initially made a good impression, but the lack of basic housekeeping really let it down.

Me cobraram 2 vezes a estadia, já havia pago pelo booking e cobraram novamente na recepção já se faz uma semana e nada de restituição

Infelizmente um recepcionista não foi agradável, foi áspero, não foi educado nas informações solicitadas, segunda vez hospedamos essa infelizmente não obtivemos boa impressão ao ser recepcionado para check in. O mais não tenho o reclamar.

Localização e conforto do hotel
De ser um hotel de uma diária cara e não está incluso o café da manhã. Limpeza do quarto do foi feita as 15:00 h mediante solicitação. Não tem cabide no armário para pendurar as roupas. Fiquei bem decepcionada, o hotel foi excluido da minha lista de reservas infelizmente.
