Das Hotel hat eine falsche Bezeichnung. Airport ist Airport und nicht Rümlang, Wir haben, weil wir sehr früh abfliegen mussten, das Redison Blue beim Flughafen nochmals gebucht und zusätzlich bezahlt. Ich fühle mich schon ein bisschen verarscht, weil sie in gross Lettern Airport in der Titelüberschrift haben und nicht Rümlang. Dann hätte ich dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht gebucht, sondern das richtige Redisson Blue, welches beimAirport ist.
Für mich ist das nicht OK. und ich erwarte von Ihnen, dass sie das korrigieren.
Wir waren übrigens nicht die einzigen die auf das reingefallen sind. Ansonsten fragen sie bei der Rezeption bei Redisson Blue an. Bekommen wir eine Gegenleistung für diese Problem Buchung?
Staff was friendly and professional. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and spacious. Stayed here as an overnighter before our flight out. Free Shuttle from the airport/train station was nice.
Fee for the airport shuttle to the airport, and the driver appeared kinda grumpy . A bit of a hike to the nearest train station (not the hotels fault). A lot of construction to the McDonald's restaurant downstairs (not really an issue, but it was very apparent).

Shower placement is odd (see photos) but manageable, shuttle bus costs for the return to the airport

Really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to Ashraf at the bar for his friendly attitude and excellent service. He made the experience even better!
Location
No refrigerator or cutlery in the room. Room was too hot. AC was not working. Parking costed 31 CHF
Located within close proximity of the hotel and the shuttle service was on time. The only problem was that the restaurant didn't offer much variety of food. Otherwise it was an excellent facility eith friendly abd courteous staff.
Tge menu at tge restaurant could have offered more variety of food.
