Air condition was not working well, no fridge, water drainage in the shower was bad, got diarrhea from the pasta dish, staff were not accommodating at all and did not care of the requests nor complaint I had.

Reasonably convenient location.
Airport shuttle is NOT complimentary. And it makes numerous additional subsequent stops to completely fill up BEFORE heading on to the airport. And the single drop of location at the airport could hardly have been further from the actual open doors. Riduculous!

Das Check-in hat ewig gedauert. Fürs Frühstücksbüffet war niemand zuständig. Bin dann einfach abgesessen als niemand kam. In der Dusche lag noch ein Haar vom vorigen Bewohner.
Close to airport
Indifferent staff, bad breakfast and restaurant staff, many missing / dysfunctional gym equipment, restaurant closed / no room service beyond normal evening hours making it difficult to manage across international connections

Air conditioning! Quiet and comfortable. Wifi also worked well. Convenient shuttle bus connection to and from the airport.
Convenient to the airport, clean, modern, comfortable beds, efficient staff, large window in the room that opened to fresh air.
We stayed during the heat wave and the air conditioning was not working well, so the room was hot. Fortunately we opened the window for fresh air once the thunderstorm passed.
