Nous avons raté notre avion et pensions être à l’aéroport mais une navette est venu nous chercher

Quiet stay in a large comfortable room!!
Pros:

The rooms are well appointed, clean, and roomy. The in-house restaurant is Italian themed, and served a delicious meal from a friendly staff!! if you need American fast food instead, there is a SUBWAY across the street, and a McDonald's entrance right outside the hotel's main entrance. Also a Migros grocery across the street. And the rooms are well sound-insulated from any aircraft noise from the distant airport. Getting to the hotel from the Zurich Airport couldn't be easier. Whether you arrive by airplane or train, you simply follow the signs to the Terminal 1 Arrivals entry and then follow the Hotel Shuttles signs. Different hotels have vans with luggage trailers. The Radisson's is a multi-hotel van that comes every 30 minutes. The ride to Radisson is free, then if you want a morning shuttle back to the airport, you must schedule it with the Front Desk crew. 10 Swiss Francs per person. Very reasonable, considering the 3 mile walk back to the airport is not doable by most travelers.

Cons:

The only thing people might not like is the location. It's close and convenient to the airport in an area called Rumlang. This is basically a satellite town to the airport with lots of hotels, but nothing much else. So if you wanted to visit the city of Zurich, for example, you would need to catch the hotel shuttle, then ride the airport train into the city, then Reverse that to get back to the hotel. Not a huge deal admittedly, but some people might not like it. Personally, I love being near the airport for a quick morning departure.

Pros:

para começar, o transfer demorou 50minutos, sendo que a informação preve a cada 20 minutos.
Eu estava sem bateria no meu celular e solicitei ajuda, que não ocorreu ( faltou boa vontade em me emprestar um carregador, pois havia esquecido o meu em outro hotel.)
O mais decepcionante foi que pedi ESPRESSAMENTE à recepcionista que fosse acordada as 03.00 para pegar o taxi p/aeroporto e nao me chamaram. Por muito pouco perderia o meu voo internacional. O recepcionista da manha estava dormindo e disse nao ter sido informado.
