Passable, déçue de l’emplacement , habituée aux hôtels du groupe Accor mais beaucoup de dysfonctionnements pour celui ci

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur (en panne car travaux et réparation pendant plusieurs semaines)
Pas d’eau chaude à notre arrivée (13h) jusqu’à 17h , heure à laquelle nous devions partir à notre événement
Alarme incendie à 8h (couchée à 3h) déclenchée intempestivement

Nous n’avons pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel, à notre arrivée la chambre avait la Clim qui fuyait, la personne de l’accueil a changé de chambre après nous avoir demandé d’éponger l’eau. Puis pas de serviettes de bain, une fois demandé à l’accueil cette même personne nous a donné des serviettes mouillées. À partir de là il a accusé ma collègue de l’avoir filmé nous avons donc demandé à quitter cet hôtel car pas en sécurité. Il nous a dit qu’on serait remboursé mais à ce jour toujours rien…

Хотя кажется что отель находится на отшибе, но он в 50 метрах от метро, и из этого места очень легко попасть в любое туристическое место города, и недалеко от вокзала. Номер небольшой, но чистый, убирали каждый день, меняли полотенца. Работал кондиционер, было тихо. Персонал отзывчивый. Кстати фотографии соответствуют реальности, что редко и приятно, получаешь что ожидаешь.

Cons:

Странно , но в в туалете не было ёршика, это мелочь,но мне было непривычно, может для Франции это нормально?. Если бы был чайник, было бы вообще отлично, но он и не был указан в описании, так что все по честному.

Hôtel très mal géré, manque de serviettes, alarme incendie qui hurle pendant 10', vétusté.
Cons:

1. Faire un vrai lit double quand on réserve une chambre lit double, plutôt que deux matelas simples qui ne sont pas attachés, et qui s'écartent au cours de la nuit.
2. Proposer suffisamment de serviettes: une seule serviette simple le premier jour et une serviette pour deux le deuxième, on nous a gentiment donné en guise de serviette, un tapis de douche.
3. Un sèche cheveux ancien, une patère décrochée du mur, une alarme incendie qui se déclenche le matin à 7h00 pendant 15 minutes, une unique gel pour le lavage, impossibilité de joindre la réception par tél, un mur de salle de bains abimé (trou dans le plâtre) ....bref de nombreux désagréments!

Schone kamers en goed ontbijt

Cons:

Een permanente defecte lift en een kamer op de vijfde verdieping ,zelf 90 treden omhoog met de bagage, (75 jaar) , geen aanbod om de bagage naar boven te brengen,, volgende dag na verzoek een kamer op de eerste .
Laatste dag om 7.00 uur brandalarm, mensen onaangekleed in de lobby, werden enigszins geïrriteerd gesommeerd weer naar de kamers te gaan, vals alarm, geen sorry voor het ongemak

Good staff, decent location. If lift isn’t working, should temporarily reduce price until it’s fixed
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Only 5 stops (7mins) from Gare de Nord. Metro station about a minute away.

Cons:

Lift wasn’t working. Constantly having to go up and down multiple flights of stairs. The TVs didn’t have YouTube and couldn’t even find a channel showing the World Cup.
