Cons:

O último dia não limparam o quarto, cheguei cansado do curso que fui fazer e pra ajudar a água estava gelada, coloquei a roupa, fui falar com o rapaz da recepção, ele subiu no quarto, me falou que em 30 minutos estaria arrumado, mas não voltou, tomei banho gelado e no outro dia precisava ir para o aeroporto, fui sem tomar banho.
Não tinha frigobar.

Pros:

Kleines sauberes Hotel. Zimmer etwas beengt aber so ist das nun mal in Paris, wenn man nicht einen Neubau gebucht hat. Kurzer Weg zur Metro (50 Meter). Nach dem Checkout konnten wir noch unser Gepäck im Hotel belassen da wir erst am Abend zum Airport CDG mussten.

Good for a more reasonably priced stay in Paris
Pros:

The location was better than expected. Easy to get around by metro, and you can walk to some nice restaurants nearby and to the Montmartre area. The room was clean, quite comfortable.

No problems at all, and the man at the desk went above and beyond to sort out my booking difficulty.
Pros:

There was a bit of a mix up with my booking which was sorted out promptly when I arrived, and which ultimately made my stay much better and easier. The room was very comfortable, endless hot water, soft bed, great breakfast. If anyone is worried about the location, it isn't as scary as it looks and if you choose the exit 'blvd Orano' from the metro it is a two minute walk up the road.

Not for women, stay away!
Pros:

The location is intimidating for women in the daytime and very dangerous at night.after midnight the hotel doors are locked and you have to be buzzed in,no one at reception on one of these occasions.

Cons:

No safe,no kettle,no tea/ coffee making facilities, no iron,no wardrobes...no walking room.
