Çok kullanışlıydı. İlk defa Paris merkez yerine La Defense’ı tercih etmiştik iyi ki öyle yapmışız. Güvenli ve her şeyin ulaşılabilir olduğu bir tesis. Memnun kaldık.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est proche de la salle de concert.

Cons:

Le retard de l'accès à notre chambre et le retard de l'accès au petit déjeuner.

Le problème majeur au vu du prix c'est qu'il n'y avait aucune climatisation (accueil, couloir, chambre).
Un ventilateur dans la chambre qui faisait un bruit d'hélicoptère pas suffisant pour rafraîchir la chambre . Je suis donc très déçu de la prestation offerte.

Apartment is ok, but expensive and poor service from staff.

It has everything you need, quiet place, could not hear noises from neighbours

Cons:

Not good value for money as very expensive. It was also cold, adjusting central heating didn’t work, but there were small eletric heaters so could warm up the rooms in the end. Reception staff could not accomplish even simple tasks like issuing a VAT receipt with the correct name, address, VAT number on it. In fact, after emailing them these details, so the can just copy and paste, one receptionist issued a receipt with none of those details on it. Furthermore, when making the booking, the hotel confirmed they could fulfil my specific request about the receipt, then on my last day of stay after several lengthy attempts to get that receipt, the told me it was not possible. (I did receive it in the end, but just because I made a big fuss about it to management). Also, I paid full amount in cash on arrival. I should have received my receipt straight away, it is unheard of that you hand over lots of money for any kind of service and not receive a proof of payment. So overall hotel is ok but expensive, reception staff and management provide poor service.

Le personnel gentil et accueillant

Cons:

Honteux. L'appartement est insalubre. Il y fait une chaleur écrasante (pas de Clim); la "terrasse" est infâme; les joints de la salle de bains sont noirs; les wc sentent extrêmement mauvais; les rideaux sont pleins d'acariens. Et 0 service de ménage en 7 nuits.

Il a fallu que nous attendions plus de deux heures ( et pas façon de parler mais réellement) à l'accueil sans clim dans une chaleur étouffante, pour avoir notre chambre que nous avions réservé en précisant que nous récupérions notre chambre à 15h.
La réception nous a informé que notre chambre n'était pas prête et qu'il fallait patienter pour finir pour nous annoncer qu 'elle ne savait pas a quelle heure nous pourrions enfin l'avoir.
Et quand enfin nous avons enfin eu un logement, un seul ascenseur fonctionner, pour tout l'hôtel,super 🤬.
Direction le 10 ème étage, et là une chambre surchauffée, une applique cassée qui pendait et un gros sac de drap devant la porte.
Heureusement que le petit déjeuner soit sympa
Bref, pas contente du tout sur la gestion.

Très bien situé, proximité métro , RER , calme

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur alors qu’il faisait très chaud .

Only thing is lift was little bit dirty but not tha bad. Lifts are really fast and convenient

Not great and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Most of the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Was given the wrong bed configuration. They changed our room. The aircon wasn’t working. The tiles on the balcony were broken. Half the room didn’t have power, tv wasn’t working and every time we used the iron we would lose power to the whole apartment.
