Están reformando el hotel entero y no solo el spa como se me indicó, toda la mitad del hotel está en construcción, cuando sales a la piscina la mitad del hotel está reformada y la otra mitad en obras con una malla de protección bastante mal puesta y ridícula, sin ningún tipo de protección de puntales ni arneses para el personal… muchísimo ruido, polvo casquetes cayendo etc…, vamos un despropósito, ahora entiendo porque no me dejaba cuando reservé acceder a los comentarios.
Llevo muchos años reservando con vosotros tanto yo como a nombre de mi marido Carlos Maeso Muñoz, y no hemos tenido nunca ningún problema pero esto es inaceptable se debería especificar bien la situación del hotel o directamente no ofertarlo en vuestra página, en mi caso una vez q habíamos reservado con los vuelos ya comprados me llegó un mensaje donde se indicaba q se estaba reformado el spa y q la piscina interior estaba fuera de servicio, la verdad q no pensé q sería de otra manera ya q el precio del hotel era el doble que los precios del resto en esa misma calle y como ya he comentado confiaba en booking como empresa.
Estas eran nuestras vacaciones de verano y han sido un fiasco, solo podíamos ir a la piscina cuando se habían ido los obreros y a esa hora ya empezaba a hacer frío
Me gustaría q desde booking se me diese alguna explicación al respecto.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la plage et proche du sook.
La chambre était très belle et spacieuse.
L’hôtel est décoré avec gout.
La femme de ménage a fait un travail exceptionnel.

Cons:

C’est dommage d’entendre les travaux au bord de la piscine.
Il n’est pas possible de s’asseoir le soir au bord de la piscine sur les bed car ils sont bâchés.
Le wifi fonctionnait très mal dans la chambre.

Détente, famille, et travail à distance dans des conditions idéales
Pros:

La piscine est superbe, les matelas et transats autour bien disposés est très confortables; le service impeccable et bien fourni, le hall est immense est très joliment décoré, les chambres sont belles et toutes neuves, les petits déjeuners valent vraiment le coup, et tout cela à 2 minutes de la médina. L'hôtel était en travaux quand nous y avons séjourné (nous étions au courant) et on ne peut pas dire que cela nous ait dérangés. Une fois les travaux terminés, l'endroit sera exceptionnel.
