Pros:

Отличное месторасположение - недалеко от медины и при этом недалеко от пляжа - прям идеальное комбо для первого посещения Эс-Сувейры. Если ехать не в первый раз, скорее бы предпочла размещение подальше от медины.
Персонал супер приветливый, все наши вопросы решались очень быстро, неплохой ресторан при отеле, хороший завтрак, удобный и очень просторный номер.

Cons:

В момент нашего пребывания в отеле, там был ремонт, что подпортило общее впечатление и создавало некоторые неудобства и шум.
Для тех, кто путешествует впервые - обратите внимание на то, что в Эс-Сувейре всегда ветренно очень, потому прихватите обязательно одежду потеплее на вечер - довольно сильный перепад ощущается.

Un très bel hôtel dans quelques mois, mais il faudra attendre la fin des travaux
Pros:

Bel emplacement, restaurant de plage sympa, bon petit déjeuner ( même si ça manquait de fruits frais )
Chambre confortable, salle de bain très bien, toilettes séparées des SDB c'est super... éclairage de la chambre très bien avec beaucoup d'options
Très belle piscine, chauffée et protégée des mouettes et des goélands par un filet
Transats de piscine très confortables
Personnel en réception et dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel très sympathique et serviable

Cons:

Mauvaise connexion wifi dans la chambre ( 007 )
Et bien sûr la rénovation de l'hôtel, des travaux toute la journée, nous pensions nous reposer à la piscine ... mais les démolitions, les marteaux-piqueurs nous ont bien ennuyé
Et si vous pouviez envisager une piscine séparée pour les enfants, se serait parfait... avec des enfants qui crient toute la matinée dans la piscine c'est compliqué d'être au calme

A delighfuly relaxing hotel by the beach and medina
Pros:

Le Medina Essoauria was a very lovely hotel. The room was large and clean and the pool area was very relaxing. I loved the hotel restaurant, it's located on the beach and I would highly recommend eating outside while lounging at one of the large tables with sofas. The food was very good and everyone in my group enoyed what they ordered. The location is fanstastic it's an easy walk to the medina yet not so close as to be noisy and feel busy. While there were renovations going on, they did not distract from enjoying any of the facilities.

Great hotel made by the excellent staff
Pros:

This hotel is made by its staff. After a disastrous start to our holiday with accommodation that was nothing like it had been advertised, arriving at Le Medina was a huge relief. The team immediately found us a beautiful room and, despite our situation, charged us a very fair price as ‘walk ins’. We were incredibly grateful for their kindness and professionalism after a stressful few hours.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which I suspect is why a room was available at short notice. There is some construction noise during the day. You can hear it around the pool area, but it wasn’t noticeable at all from our room and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of comfortable loungers and attentive staff who are always on hand to help.

The hotel also has private beach area just across the road which is an excellent alternative to the pool, with equally helpful staff providing towels, sun loungers and anything else you need.

The beachside restaurant was excellent for both lunch and dinner, and breakfast in the hotel offered a huge variety of fresh, high quality food.

Our renovated room was good, with a huge, exceptionally comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The location is another real strength. You have the beach on your doorstep, yet the vibrant Medina is only a five minute walk away.

Throughout our stay, every member of staff was warm, friendly and genuinely eager to help. They make this hotel into something special.

Once the renovation work is complete, I think this will be an outstanding hotel.

Even now, thanks to its exceptional staff, excellent location and very comfortable accommodation, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Very good food and it’s staff
Pros:

The staff are really friendly

Cons:

They recommend Tour Guides that take you to stores not telling you and the salesmen are very aggressive and it is dificulte to say no, do not by the price they say if you want to buy to them pay 1/4 of the price they start, every body gets a comisión of the sale! Just that be careful, everything else of the hotel wonderful!
