Wonderful staff saved us after a cancelled flight
Pros:

If you ever get in a bind at Norfolk Airport, I would highly recommend this hotel and staff.

Our flight was cancelled late 6/14.

I called from the airport and Shancina was so helpful! They offer an airport shuttle and she called the driver to wait for us. Since he could not find parking at the usual pick up spot, he came down the sidewalk looking for us! What a gem.

Shancina greeted us at check in and got us up to our room quickly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Quacy Ann at the restaurant/bar was pleasant and very efficient running the space by herself.

I had the pleasure of meeting April, the GM, at check out and she was also go kind.

All in all, it was a great stay because this great staff! Thank you.
