Not bad, not great. There is room for improvements for this hotel
Pros:

Great location as it is the square of the Republic

Cons:

The rooms are old, the mattress is not comfortable, the staff could be more invested in the visitors. When trying to call either room service or desk - they never pick up the phone. Breakfast options could be better.

Excellent.
Pros:

Well refurbished and clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. There is a money changing machine in lobby which works well.

Cons:

If you ask Reception to organize a taxi for a destination make sure you ask for fixed price. Otherwise the driver might rip you off.

Pros:

Only the location .

Cons:

Service was very bad. We have to call many times for one thing. They give us room where we have to go with stairs frst and thay makes us torey because I go with my kids.

Номер отличный, комфортный, отель в центре Еревана, есть бассейн
Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый

Cons:

Подниматься с чемоданами по лестнице в 11 вечера не очень удобно
Зал слабоват - для галочки , нк или для кардио больше

Pros:

Расположение отеля, не просто хорошее, а восхитительное. Нас разместили в центральном здании отеля, мы смогли окунутся в историю города. На завтраки лучше не ходить, а то не сможете выйти из номера, Выпить чашку кофе с круассаном и все, это не об этом месте.
