Excellent staff and services
Pros:

@Aghavni my wife and I just spent a long weekend at your hotel. Last year we spent many weeks there on business. We enjoyed the service and facilities so much we chose the Marriott for this years brief vacation. If anything, the hotel has improved. The room we had was spacious, updated, very clean, the desk and door staff still professional but also friendlier. Unchanged were the breakfast and executive lounge areas where we enjoyed great views and food. Shout out to Aghavni - she was as friendly as ever, sincerely happy to see us. The feeling was mutual. This young lady is a joy and represents your hotel in a way that makes us sure to return. She can’t be cloned - but I hope she is recognized. Many staff we met lat year were missing but a special mention to Lilith and Nune for fine food and service, they’re also great and deserve the kudos.

Breakfast at Marriott’s!

@aghavni Last summer my husband and I spent a working summer at the Marriott in Yerevan (Republic Square). The facilities were lovely and newly renovated, the service was mostly friendly.
What made the biggest difference and made the hotel seem like a home was the breakfast room staff.
Aghavni Voskanyan- the breakfast lead - set the tone. Despite the vast amount of people that must come thru this breakfast room, Aghavni made every morning seem like I was visiting with a friend. She was professional in answering my many questions about your beautiful city - the culture, sights worth seeing - and outside the city: hikes worth hiking. After nine weeks, it was hard to leave. Aghavni had this long stay special.
Moreover, her kindness, warmth and professionalism was reflected in other staff members as well - Lilit (and all of the kitchen staff), Nune, Mabeca were equally warm - despite being busy they, too, had time to see to specific needs I had, or took time for friendly conversations, and always had a ready smile.
This is a long (and long overdue!) review but well deserved. Whoever hired these gentle people should ensure future staff always adheres to this elevated concept of true 10-star hospitality!

Highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel is well located near good restaurants, museums and parks. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious.
All of the staff,from the front desk to the cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful.
I especially appreciated the gracious attention of the manager of the executive floor, David. I would definitely return!

Exceptional stay and outstanding service!
Pros:

We visited Yerevan for my birthday trip, and it was an amazing choice. The hotel enhanced this experience. Thank you very much for the wonderful room that was assigned to us.

We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the snacks in the lounge. A special thank you to Lena, Nelly, and David for their hospitality, attention to detail, and warm service throughout our stay.

We look forward to returning in the future.

Cons:

Утром меня встречали бомжи на лестнице у входа. :( Очень старые номера с плохо закрывающимися деревянными окнами. Белье , полотенца очень старые. Room service еду принес холодную , без крышки .....((

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel
Cons:

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas la réputation de la chaîne Marriott. Notre réservation comprenait une chambre executive avec petit-déjeuner, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons été placés dans une chambre inférieure et on a essayé de nous faire payer le petit-déjeuner. Il a fallu se battre à la réception pour obtenir gain de cause ! Ce n’est normal pour un hôtel de cette catégorie ! Par ailleurs le personnel est mal aimable et le confort des chambres est très moyen et vieillot . Il existe sûrement de nombreux autres hôtels à Erevan qui offrent un meilleur rapport qualité-prix.
