The beds were comfortable. It was clean. The pool area was inviting. The shuttle from the airport was easy.

Over priced for good and services.
Pros:

Location is very good away from traffic and close to the airport

Cons:

Poor customer service at the front desk and restaurant. Hotel business is about hospitality, friendliness, customer service but none of it was there. Only the younger staff was willing to engage, explain or reason, otherwise every staff members would FAIL on the School of Tourism!

I really liked the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the food was excellent.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that the entire swimming pool was reserved, so guests were not allowed to swim. I believe the pool should be available for all hotel guests to use freely whenever they want.

Pros:

The room wasn’t that clean to be honest the bed was clean and comfy bathroom was good

Cons:

The room wasn’t that clean the floor was dirty pull back cabinets and there was dust but it was a good room spacious and light good view air conditioning great view restaurant and breakfast good
Facilities good reception excellent
You had to pay for the shuttle bus to the airport which I think is a bit naughty
