Pros:

The shuttle bus was great. The pool was great. The food was great.

Cons:

When we arrived there seemed to be no record that we had prepayed with booking.com 3 months prior. I almost paid again, but checked. Eventually the receptionist found the payment but no explanation or apology. She didn't even crack a smile. I almost felt like apologising.

The hotel Isola Sacra was spotlessly clean, easy to find your way around and the pool was magnificent. My family especially loved the tiki hut near the pool.

Cons:

There was nothing that I like about the property. It was beautiful, and the people were helpful.

Great place close to airport. Would stay again if the occasion arose.
Pros:

The common areas were even prettier in person than the pictures. The food was very good!

Cons:

The communication through this website is not good using the telephone number you just get a recording. Somehow try to get the actual phone number before you go.

An underrated Fiumicino base for a short transit stay, with a great pool, easy access to Ostia Antica and the delightful
Pros:

Perfect for our two-night transit stay. Fiumicino is an underrated base, and we used our free day to visit the amazing Ostia Antica. The spacious pool and garden area was a welcome relief during the height of the Italian heatwave. Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. A great option for a short stay near the airport.

Cons:

Not much around the area but great proximity to Ostia Antica and Fiumicino harbour town is a delight with lovely restaurants.
