Moquette usées dans les couloirs, attentes interminables pour l'ascenseur, espace petits déjeuner extérieur minable tout est à l'abandon, pelouse morte,arbustes morts et le pire deux carpes japonaise dans un bassin d'un mètre carré sans suffisamment d'eau en plein soleil une torture pour elles et les clients! La moitié des tables sont cassées ! Poubelles débordantes, sacs en plastique volant au grès du vent et j'en passe......Buffet des petits déjeuner fait sans aucune recherche de créativité
Seulement une seule chose positive dans des conditions de travail pour le personnel déplorables, obligé d'utiliser l'ascenseur des clients pour se rendre dans les 11 étages de votre hôtel ils gardent le sourire tous sans exception.

Unfortunately the hotel is situated opposite a market.
Although the market cleared up at the end of the day, there was a lot of rubbish left around the surrounding area with foul smell all down the road. Rubbish appeared to have been left there for some time.

On the main road right next to the hotel it is so smelly, dirty extremely bad. Everytime we went out we had to pass by a huge pile of rubbish and troellys full of rubbish really really disgusting. This was the main issue we had. There is two hotels on that road they could really come together and resolve this as this would be what would put people off from
Staying there.

The crowded open market nearby on the weekends.

Området omkring/ved hotellet var ikke særlig lækkert, der flyder med affald og området kan viirke noget utrygt om aften.
Morgrnmadsbuffen er absolut ikke noget at skrive hjem om, fortrød lidt at vi havde bestilt/betalt for det.
At kalde det et 4 stjernet hotel er vi ikke helt enige i, har været på andre 4 stjernet hotellet hvor standarden er noget anderledes, så hvis man ser bort fra udeområdet og morgenmaden så er det måske et 3 stjernet hotel. Ærgerligt at det ligger hvor det ligger og at badeværelset/toilet virker som om man går ind i et mobilhome.

non mi sembra giusto far pagare €21 al giorno a persona per una colazione, il prezzo è davvero esagerato. Riguardo alla posizione bisogna fare molta attenzione. Il quartiere è malfamato. Non è un posto sicuro soprattutto la sera. Di giorno c'è il mercato proprio di fronte a un hotel zingari dappertutto che vendono oggetti rubati di qualsiasi tipo. Ci sono pure i topi dalla sporcizia che c'è. Visti con i miei occhi è una cosa indecente. Gente che fa la pipì per strada ovunque,c'è un odore da far paura. Riguardo alla stanza non si ha privacy.La doccia ha una porta stile saloon Senza chiave con al centro un buco e si vede tutto l'Interno del bagno.Non è presente un bar all'interno dell'hotel.Non c'è servizio per essere un 4 stelle.Per capirci,non è un 4 stelle italiano!

Nothing because everything was perfect

The biggest problem is the condition of the hotel and its surroundings. The exterior, reception and bar areas look old and poorly maintained. Directly in front of the hotel was a temporary encampment with a strong unpleasant smell, as well as an informal weekend market. There were large piles of rubbish and overflowing bins both in front of and beside the hotel, creating a terrible smell.

There is also a large construction site nearby, so the surrounding roads and pavements were extremely dusty.

Although the room itself was acceptable, the overall environment and condition of the property were far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. Imo, this is a two star at best.

De omgeving , was precies een sloppenwijk

Utrygt kvarter, stort marked 3-4 dage om ugen lige uden foran hotel indgangen. Masser af affald fra markedet overalt i gadebilledet.
