Good for a short stay with parking.
Pros:

Pros:

To be honest not much...since on a hot day the air condition didnt work.

Cons:

The room which was given air condition wasn't working and the exhaust in the bathrooms were not working and they were really smelly.

Very nice hotel, but unfortunately locality is pathetic
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Location of the property, it’s horrible. Though hotel is very nice, surrounding area is like a slum. This is the most dirtiest place I have seen in Paris.

If you want to visit the flea market and if you are with others it is a fine choice.
Pros:

I enjoyed this place with my husband. If I were alone, I would've been overwhelmed and a little scared. There is a bustling flea market taking up the street and the parking lot on weekends. I enjoyed walking it with my husband, but it was a very crowded area where you had to walk through tight groups. The area around the hotel is covered in graffiti and trash and as of May 2026 there is a ton of traffic making walking to the metro crowded and inconvenient. The hotel itself was nice enough. A little more rundown than our other hotel, but it wasn't bad. Pillows were hard. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I saw lots of families with children there.

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend for solo travelers.

Hotel is located at the worst part of the city. In front of the main gate there is a car park for homeless people… second night we went out by car to feel safe.

Ruime kamer met goede faciliteiten. Fijn dat het toilet in een aparte ruimte zat. Douche en bad beide aanwezig. Erg prettig. Airconditioning aanwezig. Ook heel prettig dat er een koelkast was.

Cons:

Er was recht tegenover het hotel een markt. Het hele weekend was deze er. De wijk sprak me niet direct aan. De mensen waren echter hartstikke vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
