our favorite part was leaving the hotel.
the shower was dirty and had hair in the drain. the staff at reception were rude and not all helpful.
The lady at the front desk was outstanding when I was having issues getting my cat out from inside the bed base when I had to check out.

Had to shower in dark room had no power no lights no power to charge phones
Staff were friendly, bed was comfy.
Tiny, tiny room, felt like we were on a cruise ship. No hot water in the morning, had to have a cold shower. No extra blankets. There were only 2 coffee sachets for our stay.
Not enough beverage choice in room, water would be appreciated, no coffee spoons or sugar or biscuits

Location was close to the airport and close enough to mascot station. Staff were lovely showing empathetic understanding, unconditional positive regard and realness. I got an injury ( broken leg) during my stay ( not at the motel) and the staff were amazing.
All ok particularly for what you paid. Unfortunately they didn’t register my Accor membership as id booked through booking.com- next time I’ll ring you guys directly. Also some lights in the room weren’t working. Not a major problem mind you.
If all you are looking for is a bed. Great place to stay. Our expectations were barely met. Perfect location as a short stroll to mascot train station and an eat street. La bufala was the most amazing restaurant nearby (we went there twice!)
The menu at the motel restaurant was minimal and expensive for the quality you received. My daughter and I ended up sharing my meal as her meal was inedible (a slow cooked brisket that we would still be chewing a week later). We advised the staff. They gave us a dessert but argued with how much of the dinner my daughter had eaten - despite agreeing that the meat was very tough - was over $40 for the meal.

Arriving after hours was easy thanks to the 24/7 reception. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We travelled with our two dogs, and while the room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable, and suited an overnight stay. Secure on-site parking gave us peace of mind, and it was great to see EV charging available, with Tesla destination chargers on site. Checkout was just as simple—drop the key card at reception, let the team know your room number via the exit intercom, and you're on your way. Its location close to the airport makes it a convenient stopover.
The only downside was that the windows didn't appear to be double glazed, so you can hear quite a bit of the traffic outside, including passing cars and trucks. Being in the inner city, that may be something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. The parking fee also felt a little expensive, although the secure parking was convenient and gave us peace of mind. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Building was dirty and dated, scuff marks, chipped plasterboard, stains in carpet, dated popcorn walls/ceiling completely unmaintained and inexcusable for a global franchise to have such bad repairs and maintenance. If this is the ibis I'm scared of what the budget ibis looks like.
