Pros:

schöne, große Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr ruhige Lage und schöner Park zum entspannen.

Cons:

Im Restaurant für Lunch und Dinner passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Preise wie für gehobene Küche aber handwerklich Mittelmaß.

Posto bello, molto verde ,parco per bambini..piscina ancora vuota ma comunque in stagione è un bel valore. Le Camere andrebbero rinnovate. Colazione valida!la signora della ristorazione molto gentile .

Cons:

Colazione un po’ cara , soprattutto farla pagare piena a una bambina di 3 anni, non è proprio il massimo.

Die Möglichkeit das volle Auto in einer Garage unterzustellen ist von Vorteil. Zimmer haben einen Balkon.

Alles freundlich und nett, bis auf das Problem in die Stadt zu kommen. Das äußerst freundliche Personal ist zu loben!
Pros:

Es fehlt eine Anbindung zur Stadt Livorno. Busverbindung nicht richtig erklärt, wahrscheinlich schwierig, da auch an der Abfahrtstafel angezeigte Busse nicht kamen. Gut, wenn dann die eigene App Bescheid weiß.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert für Urlaub, Stadtbesichtigung ohne Auto - öffentliche Verkehrsmittel- problematisch.

Cons:

La prestation n'est pas au rendez vous malgré un personnel très aidant et accueillant.
La chambre n'a pas de chauffage pas plus que la salle de bain. Bien que nous soyons en mai, il faisait assez frais.
Autre point, la piscine n'est pas encore ouverte, alors que dans d 'autres établissements oui....il y a une ambiance d' un établissement désaffecté.lugubre parfois.
La clientèle repose sur des équipes de foot, parfois l'impression d'Étre dans un centre d'entraînement.

Le seul point fort de l hôtel avec le personnel est l'emplacement vis a vis du port
