Disappointing. Expected standard comfort at Holiday Inn. Got poor service.

Cons:

The room was stuffy and extremelly smelly. Smelled like coocked onions or marijuana. Carpet exremelyy dirty . AC was pushing smelly air. Bed was old and uncomfortable. For $245.00 per night I expected standard comfort room. The receptionist on duty very unpleasant .

For us, the price was the compelling factor.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, and the cost overall was good. I like that the soap/shampoo/conditioner was Dove brand. It was also conveniently located to restaurants and stores.

Cons:

I had to turn the thermostat down to 64 to get it around 70. The hallways felt hot and humid. The AC triggered my allergies and I couldn’t breathe properly, but was prepared with medicine. The toilet was extremely loud when flushing and there was a stain on the bedroom floor.

Pros:

I stay all the time its in the perfect area

Cons:

The room smelled like a old nasty mop or mildew carpet the curtain was broken would not go up and it was hair in the shower not cool

Great spot comfy room
Pros:

Great location near restaurants, shopping, and highway.

Cons:

Noisy kids and poor parenting very late, but the front desk lady was amazing and took care of it.
