Pros:

Liked almost everything about the property. Friendly and helpful staff, newly refurbished room with good quality fixtures and fittings, good shower, bathroom and a good size room with a comfortable bed. Ideal place if you want to do a day trip to Venice. Quarto d'altino station 5 minutes drive, free parking and train direct to St. Lucia Station.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better, although it was sufficient for me. Charging for the shuttle service to the station, although that didn't affect me either. Nearby restaurant, which is also part of the hotel, slightly overpriced but serve good quality food.
