I would come again if I have reason to be in the area.
Pros:

No breakfast, but the coffee was fine. The second floor lounge was lovely, comfortable and safe. I like the blinds on the windows which could be angled to any degree.

nice enough place, PLEASE clean or replace air conditioner

Nice enough room, friendly staff.

Cons:

Dirty, moldy wall air conditioners that clearly need to be replaced. Asked to be moved from the first room when I saw how dirty the air conditioner was, then the second room's was much worse with black moldy spots inside the unit. They really need to replace these - I would have asked for a refund if I had been staying for more than one night.

Pros:

Great parking, great room, nice staff. There were a lot of outlets in the room and a nice tv with a lot of options

Cons:

The shower spout made a very, very loud hissing sound. Mostly bearable but definitely not great.

Pictures and descriptions do not reflect this hotel. It is very run down. I wouldn’t recommend

Cons:

We should have been told that the elevator wasn’t working. Had to walk to 3rd floor from around the back. There was black mold in the shower and around the window. The whole hotel and the room smelt very musty and like urine. We had to pay $18 for parking but couldnt remove our car to go for dinner, as the spot wasn’t guaranteed even after you paid and they only had a small amount of spots (so when you arrive you pay, but if you take the car out and come back an hour later and the spots are full, you paid the $18 for nothing). The person at checkin was terrible. Wouldn’t look at you or even be a little kind or personal. Acted like they hated their job and that every customer was the most annoying thing to them. None of this is an exaggeration and I usually never write reviews. The location next to the park was nice though and it was beautiful to walk through it.

Cons:

When I entered the area of my room which was on the 2nd floor and seperate from the office; I immediately smelled mildew- everywhere not just in my room. I’m highly sensitive to mildew and mold. If it hadn’t been such a busy weekend, I would’ve changed hotels. Now I’m having a lupus flare because mold is highly toxic to me due to my auto-immune disorder. I wish Iʼd checked out and scrambled for another hotel in retrospect. I don’t know if this hotel suffered water damage at some point but something caused this moisture to be so prevalent.
