Perfect location
Parking
typical hotel breakfast, restaurant was understaffed but food was good and served hot.
Newley remodeled restaurant
Beautiful hotel, excellent location to the ballparks.
Rooms were under construction, but thats a good thing! 😂
Wonderful location for access to PNC Park, short walk across the Roberto Clemente Bridge. Beautiful hotel that looks great on the outside, but can't get the little things right.
My daughter and I come here yearly for 2 night stays. It's always a good experience, with great access to baseball games, good parking, and various local food and drink.
We still come every year, so complaints are few. But, every stay has either a refrigerator that doesn't work (and/or has interior mold), a shower/tub that won't drain (today's problem), or sheets with concerning stains. None of that is enough to ruin a visit, but it's still disappointing.
Our view was spectacular. There was a Pirates game and we could watch from our room.
I called a week before check in to see if something could be done as a surprise and they said they could accommodate but to call a day before check in. When I called the day before, I got a different answer. So I had to handle this surprise on my own which luckily worked out.
Close to all of our activities during our stay
Nothing
great location for theatre and restaurants.
The property was beautifully decorated and it's in a great location.
The only thing I didn't like was that you could not have a late checkout unless you've had X amount of stays through Marriott rewards.
Beautiful hotel. Location was perfect. Staff was great.
Ok - for what this room cost, complimentary coffee other than the terrible stuff in the room was expected. $10 for 2 regular coffees in the lobby was an unpleasant surprise.
Convenient location to do stuff in Pittsburgh
I paid on booking.com and payment notification was not received by hotel. I was double charged and had to wait for charge to clear with bank. The front desk staff was very friendly about fixing the issue.
A bit dated hotel, large clean rooms and pleasant staff.
Tub had a clog and showered with a pool of water so that was not the best.
Near Starbucks
Restaurant food was not great
Valet is limited.
Room was moved.
No bathtub.
No view even though it's what I paid for. My room was connected to another which my neighbor kept trying to come through all night interrupting my intimate time with wife. We got a hotel room so we didn't have to worry about kids barging in during intimate time but instead worried about drunken adults doing the same.
Perfect location, hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms our outstanding. The front desk is a bit challenging next to the bar. The team needs some additional training. The whisper speak in a loud location. The lounge is lacking and as a platinum member I was very disappointed. Also lounge is closed Monday.
Wonderful room, great location some minor tweaks would make this a 5.
Location was perfect for my purposes. I did arrive in the morning for a lunch time meeting, and as there was an available room, the front desk kindly checked me in early. This was hugely appreciated.
Within the actual room itself, I would have appreciated a coat hook and a boot tray for wet shoes. I was there during a light winter storm, and it was not ideal to hang my wet things in the closet.
