Pros:

Lovely hotel! Beautiful view ftom balcony. Excellent location. Fabulous spa and wellness centre. Lovely outside pool. Good food although a bit expensive. Concierge very helpful and friendly and spot-on with their advice. Bedding and towels very high standard!

Шикарный 5*отель, отличные завтраки, большой выбор, свежевыжатые соки, приготовят яичницу. Вкусный ресторан и бар с видом на море! Удобно посетить Портофино на пароме 25 минут (Билет на паром 20 евро туда и обратно от Рапало). Парковка для авто. Трансфер бесплатный на мерседесе до центра города 10 минут.

Pros:

The bed was very commutable and the bathroom was lovely.

Cons:

It is not right in the water as much of the marketing material suggests. It looks down over some very unattractive buildings. The satellite beach area and restaurant was closed and not accessible at all. It is not in a location that is convenient to walk to and from Rapallo. A very busy street with no crosswalk must be crossed to access the hotel by foot. The food was mediocre.
