Piękny widok na zatokę.
Pros:

Wspaniały widok z hotelu na Portofino i całą zatokę. Wygodne i czyste pokoje. Na miejscu bezproblemowy parking z bardzo sympatycznymi Panami do pomocy przy bagażach . Śniadania absolutnie wystarczające.

Cons:

Obsługa przy śniadaniach mogłaby się bardziej starać o komfort gości.

Fantastic vacation, pool area superb, staff amazing, hotel facilities very good - overall wonderful
Pros:

Hotel was fantastic, staff we're amazing, special mention to Eleonora at the concierge she was so helpful and made our stay even better. Breakfast was excellent and overall would highly reccommend.

Cons:

nothing except the taxi cost are quite expensive for the area, however the hotel shuttle to Rapallo was brilliant. from Jason & Stacey Grant

Et fint ældre hotel med ok morgenmad, god betjening
Pros:

God beliggenhed, flot ældre bygning og fint poolområde

Cons:

Bar og receptionsområdet er designet uden sjæl og fremstår helt tomt, ingen bruger det. Lille gym uden dagslys.

Living la Dolce Vita

Ne-au placut in mod special piscina si terasa cu vedere la mare.
Am apreciat pachetul de bun venit din camera si transferul cu shuttle in Rapallo.

Cons:

E neplacut pentru oaspetii hotelului care sunt in vacanta, cauta cateva zile de relaxare si dau peste petreceri de companie, grupuri galagioase si muzica tare la miezul noptii. Era ora 00.30 cand am sunat la receptie de doua ori pentru a se lua masuri sa ne putem odihni.
Trebuia sa preintampinati acest lucru si sa nu pemiteti galagia dupa ora 21-22, cred ca e si lege in sensul acesta.

Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön mit den pinkweissen Schirmen

Cons:

Das Personal war freundlich aber unengagiert. Die Zimmer sind lieblos eingerichtet und sehr hellhörig. Die Lage ist nicht optimal. Woher die 5 Sterne kommen bleibt mir unerklärlich.
