Outstanding, relaxing and the pool area is one of the best facilities.
Pros:

The facilities, especially the pool area and the Panoramic views across the bay towards Portofino are outstanding. The staff were so helpful and excelled when discussing issues relating to travel, room service etc.

Cons:

Our only issue that needs resolving is the outdoor terrace Breakfast. There should be a designated area for smokers, so guests can enjoy the fabulous views, without smoke drifting their way while eating. Ask the duty manager for a smoke free table.

Amazing and magical
Pros:

Incredibly beautiful setting, the pool is great and the staff were very friendly.
Great breakfast, a lot of variety whilst retaining a high quality.
Highlight was the BEAUTIFUL beach club.
Amazing staff there also, with a magical setting and the ease of taxi timing organised by the hotel was so helpful and definitely worth the additional cost.

Отель высшей категории.Мы бронировали номер делюкс на 2 взрослых и ребенка, нам отель сделал апгрейд и мы получили номер с 2 спальнами.Мы и наш ребенок были очень рады.Спасибо большое руководству отеля за прекрасный отдых

Wij zaten in het oude gedeelte, in dit gedeelte mogen ze wel wat onderhoud uitvoeren. De lift is erg oud en niet eens een 3* hotel waard. De douche daarin tegen is ook echt toe aan vervanging. Verder mooie kamer. Ontbijt gedeelte erg mooi en veel keuze.

Attesa di oltre un’ora rispetto all’orario di check-in per poter avere la stanza. Al momento della consegna delle chiavi ho scoperto che erano già pronte, ma nessuno si è premurato di avvisarmi; se non fossi andata personalmente a sollecitare, avrei probabilmente atteso ancora. Inoltre, nessuno mi ha fornito indicazioni su come raggiungere la stanza.
