The building was clean and the staff were so nice!
The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I know everyone has their own preference so I wouldn’t say the beds were horrible but they weren’t my cup of tea.
The Valet parking was a disaster. I was treated very poorly upon arrival as a guest. I was yelled at by a Valet service person. I had to speak to the manager. It was entirely inappropriate and not the way I expect to be treated by a staff member of a hotel charging $800/night. Fortunately, the manager offered free valet parking to make up for my experience. However, after retrieving my car from teh Valet the next morning, upon exiting the hotel, I had a low tire pressure warning, and later found a nail had been inserted into my tire.
This is one of the best I've stayed at. The price was reasonable. The location was great. The view was amazing and the hotel was beautiful and the staff was outstanding,

The location was great, and breakfast was excellent
My room had been paid for in advance.
And I was charged again when we checked in.
Not knowing at the time. When I checked my account later that evening I was charged an extra $ $700.00-$800.00 For my hotel stay that was paid in advance.
I took 7 days to receive my refund which caused me financial concerns.

I recently completed a stay at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront and want to recognize their world-class hospitality. The absolute highlight of the trip was the customer service; the entire team went completely above and beyond to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience from check-in to checkout.
The Room: Impeccably clean, remarkably spacious, and featured a fantastic partial view of the bay. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay.
Outstanding Housekeeping: I want to give a special commendation to the housekeeping ladies.
Even with minor language and communication limitations, their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to keeping the room spotless were fantastic. They truly represent the heart of Marriott’s service.
Amenities & Dining: The breakfast buffet was highly impressive, offering great variety and high-quality options.
Additionally, the property common areas are beautifully maintained.
Location Highlights:The hotel’s location is unbeatable. It is entirely walkable, allowing you to easily stroll to premium local restaurants and nearby attractions. One of my favorite parts of the stay was simply sitting by the bay, reading a book, and watching the ships pass by.
This property effortlessly upholds Marriott’s premium brand standards. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baltimore, and I truly hope management officially recognizes the hard work of the staff and housekeeping team.
Website is misleading. There’s no Skyview terrace bar. Well there is but it’s open for events only. So quit showing photos and advertising it It’s not for the general public. There’s also no pool. I’ve never been to a hotel without a pool. Just expected one. Probably my mistake but be aware. Air conditioning didn’t work. Safe didn’t work. Bar furniture getting old. Views of harbor are mainly to the north since four seasons hotel blocks south view.
Excellent things - all the staff everywhere and location. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

The first night we were booked in a room right behind where the elevator ran. It was awful, it kept us up the whole night. The manager was very nice and changed our room for us which was appreciated.
