the shuttle was terrible and though i was departing from terminal 4 , the driver refused to drop me at departure and i was dropped literally to a place for cargo and i was absolutely alone in the entire place and in that rush to check in , took me apprx 8-10mins to get to my departure terminal .

beware of the drop off --the driver dropped me off at arrivals terminal 4 instead od departure when clearly i am flying out with all my suitcases ...when you are pressed for time when flying out and long lines of security , to be wasting about 20mins figuring where the hell to go is annoying as hell ! so sad that most travellers would stay here for the convenience of the drop off services early mornings and then this is the worst part of the hotel . Disappointed because it wasnt me but my barely 21yr old daughter travelling alone and she was clearly distressed because it was a part of the airport where there wasnt a SINGLE SOUL around so i was on facetime with her the entire time for safety sake ... horrid !

The process for organising shuttle. I had no wi fi and no workable phone coming from Australia. The phone at the station wasn’t working and I ended up asking some people at the pick up point to call hotel for me.
