We had a wonderful stay at Arabella Jagdhof Resort am Fuschlsee. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with stunning views, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing.

The spa area was excellent – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options.

We would especially like to thank Diana from the breakfast team. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made every morning even more enjoyable. She was always attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything was perfect.

Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fuschlsee area.

Comfortable, delicious food!
Pros:

Friendly people in a restaurant the duties in dinner time and breakfast (except the lady behind where the boiled eggs location) no smile and aggressive answers when you asked something! 😀

Cons:

The heavy door of the room, not easy to open and always making a noise and also the noise when someone walking at the corridor you can hear inside the room, otherwise we have good sleep anyway.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal insbesondere Diana ist besonders hervorzuheben. Toller Sportbereich. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotelgelände könnte man perfekt als Golfplatz nutzen.
Kein Personal im Wellnessbereich sowie keine Sonnenschirme im Außenbereich im Pool.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service, guter Küche und sehr gutem Personal!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Abendessen war immer eine leckere Überraschung, ob Büffet oder Menü. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ordentlich ausgestattet. Das Personal war außerordentlich höflich, sehr hilfsbereit und ausnahmslos sehr fleißig. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann die unzähligen Seen und auch Salzburg sehr schnell erreichen!

Man kann das Hotel sehr gut weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war perfekt und es war alles sehr sauber.
Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet.
Vom Hotel aus, konnten wir alle geplanten Ausflugsziele sehr gut erreichen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im Restaurant bekam jeden Extrawunsch sehr schnell erfüllt und das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Frühstücksraum war recht weit und leider bei schlechter Witterung nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen.
Dies stellt für gehbehinderte Menschen ein Problem da.
Im Frühstückraum war es am Buffet - für so viele Gäste teilweise sehr eng.
Das schmutzige Geschirr bekam man so schnell weg geräumt, dass es ein unbehagliches Gefühl auslöste, wenn man noch etwas sitzen bleiben wollte. Es schien, dass sie die Tische schnell wieder frei haben wollten.
Es war schade, dass man nicht vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gehen konnte, da das Schwimmbad erst um 8:00 Uhr öffnete.

Frühstück okay, der restliche, überwiegende Teil leider nicht

Die Lage und Erreichbarkeit des Hauses ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Das Frühstücks-Team war bemüht und recht freundlich, besonders die junge Dame mit schwarzem aufgestecktem Haar !! Auch beide Bars hatten freundliches Personal !!

Cons:

Sehr befremdend, und das ist uns noch nie passiert, war das Einbehalten von € 400 auf meiner VISA Karte von Mi. 3.06. bis einschl. Mo.8.06.26 (wir sind So. 7.6.26 abgereist) als Sicherstellung, obwohl über Ihr Unternehmen bereits der Aufenthalt bezahlt war - Zi. 379. auch bei unseren Freunden wurden unterschiedliche Beträge einbehalten. Das Angebot: keine Zimmerreinigung (3 Gutscheine à € 8,--), aber täglich frische Handtücher hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, musste mich selbst darum, auch um WC-Papier, kümmern... Wir waren schon des Öfteren im Arabella Jagdhof Resort, aber es wird das letzte Mal gewesen sein.
