Pros:

La ubicación tranquila
La amabilidad de los recepcionistas que nos atendieron, en especial Manuel que nos hizo el check out y que al ser de Canarias nos atendió en español.
El desayuno estuvo muy bien, y Diana estuvo muy atenta.

Cons:

En el spa no se estaba tranquilo por la presencia de niños gritando sin presencia de personal del hotel en ningún momento.
El lago y la playa del mismo estaban algo alejados y con un buen tramo de escalera.

Pros:

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass wir Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen haben, die direkt nebeneinander lagen. Die Balkone waren miteinander verbunden, sodass wir gemeinsam mit unseren Freunden die Sonne genießen konnten. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt war, dass wir automatisch ein Wellness-Paket auf dem Zimmer erhalten haben (Bademantel und Hausschuhe).
Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Check-out erst um 12 Uhr mittags erfolgt. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr bequem. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder – und dann bleiben wir ganz sicher länger.

Cons:

An der Rezeption war das Personal bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht besonders freundlich.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Restaurant Cervus hat nicht gestimmt. Die Portionen waren im Vergleich zum Preis sehr klein bzw. Der Preis im Vergleich zur Größe der Portion zu hoch.
