Ein sehr schönes hundefreundliches Hotel am See mit gutem Essen und Service.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich.

Cons:

Der hauseigene Strand erlaubt keine Hunde ist und liegt ab mittags im Schatten.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr sauber und groß. Tolles Frühstück, auch draußen bei gutem Wetter möglich. Abendessen auch toller Service. Sehr faire Preise. Schwimmbad und Spa waren inklusive, ebenso der Parkplatz. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt auch noch mal wieder. Vielen Dank.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Alles zusammen ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub. Sehr nettes Personal. Toller Wellnessbereich und leckeres Essen. In ein paar Fußminuten (ca5min) ist man am See wo man toll entspannen kann. Schafbergbahn und alle anderen Seen sind mit dem Auto im ca 30min erreichbar, also das Hotel hat auch eine sehr schöne zentrale Lage.
Zudem haben wir ein gratis Zimmerupgrade erhalten was auch sehr freundlich war.

Cons:

Gibt es nichts ;)

We loved the situation of the hotel, it was beautiful. Staff all very pleasant.
Pros:

Thought staff were lovely, smiley and helpful.
Food was good in restaurant.
Bedroom was large and comfortable.

Cons:

Thought swimming pool was too cold to enjoy and others certainly dipped a toe in and left.
At breakfast think there shl be a host to seat people. We
Were a group of 4 but cld not sit together at breakfast as 2 people
Wld take a table for 4 or 6.
Japanese group leader told us on 14 Sept at 7.00 am that we were not
Allowed to sit in large breakfast room as all tables were reserved. It did not feel right that he shl have said this to us. But no host was there - the leader told us to sit elsewhere which we felt we had to do. That morning the large groip has eaten all the scrambled and fried eggs so we had to do without. I was not pleased about this but there was no one on duty to help. The group positively 'swarmed' around the food leaving little behind!

Nettes Ambiente, aber etwas Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen waren manche Portionen (z.B. das Huhn) extrem klein.
Jeden Tag wurden wir bereits um 6.00 Uhr früh geweckt, da unter unserem Zimmer (101) die Tische für das Frühstück vorbereitet wurden. Das war unangenehm.
Leider war aus Personalmangel die Bar bei der Rezeption nicht besetzt. Das war schade.

Cons:

Bohužel není nikde napsáno, že ubytování po Vás bude chtít při příjezdu zálohu 200 eur! Je to takové lehké překvapení. Navíc tuto zálohu drží při platbě Revolut kartou celý měsíc, než vám zálohu vrátí...

Für uns war der Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung. Kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück eingenommen. Zimmer waren sehr kofortabel. Die Lage für unseren Anspruch auch ziemlich gut.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hatten wir dieses Mal nicht mehr besucht, weil es beim letzten Besuch Probleme gab. Das Personal war absolut unprofessionell und unmotiviert aufgetreten. Das Essen war nicht wirklich gut. Schade um die gemütliche Gaststube, welche wirklich besseres Personal verdient hätte.
