The location was perfect and the room was clean. The fan in the room was a great addition and needed.
We chose a room with a garden view - the pictures below show the view and it definitely wasn’t a garden. The only veiw was if standing looking over the edge of the balcony. This is disappointing when you pay extra for the rooms with a view.

Tolle Lage, ruhig aber direkt in der Nähe vom See, eigener Strand, ausreichend Parkplätze und Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor dem Hotel, sehr nettes Personal.
The hotel facilities were very very good. The rooms spacious and clean and the food exceptional. The dam was within walking distance and a family favourite. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and to support on requests and give practical guidance on how best to make use of our time. The public transport links were also excellent- we didn’t use a hire car and this didn’t limit our experience.
There is very little to put here. We should have done a bit more research about the pool (the jacuzzi is in the pool cold water and the sauna is a distance from the pool - towels only). Did not detract from our stay though.
We booked a dog-friendly room and it was perfect for our needs. We had an extremely comfortable stay and our dogs were catered for very well with super dog beds and bowls etc.
Access straight out in the garden was really helpful.
We would love to return and stay in the same room. We enjoyed a lovely day out in neighbouring St Gilgen - well worth a visit.
Would have preferred a bigger choice in food in the bar. We ate there twice and as a vegetarian my options were limited.
