Pros:

It's beautiful and private, although full it felt as if we had so much space!! Excellent Hotel

Cons:

Everything was perfect, room a little small but that's Europe 🤷

A wonderfully luxurious way to enjoy Crete
Pros:

Fantastic grounds, incredibly helpful staff, always enough sunbeds, many different restaurants (all delicious), everywhere was clean and comfortable, we were provided fantastic service wherever we went.

Cons:

There's really nothing to complain about at all. If I'm forced to find a fault, I would say that it's a bit annoying that the air conditioning turns off quite easily when you exit the room which was a bit frustrating when we put our baby down for his naps. But I'm really fishing for a fault here - everything was really perfect.

Vacances exceptionnelles
Pros:

La piscine et la mer sont incroyables, calme absolu, la chambre très confortable et service de ménage au top. Les massages du spa sont également excellents et le personnel est charmant.

Cons:

Les clients de l’hôtel réservent des transats et des espaces au niveau de la piscine et de la mer dès 8h du matin bien que ce soit formellement interdit dans l’hôtel. Le prix des consommations dans l’hôtel (boissons et plats) sont globalement totalement exagérés vis à vis de la quantité et des prix en ville.

Definitely a luxury experience.
Pros:

Very friendly with good facilities and restaurants. The spa was excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Cons:

You have to be careful which room you are allocated as is a very big resort and some were out on a limb .

You will not be disappointed and I will be going back
Pros:

The general ambience of the resort was peaceful and relaxed even with it being late August which must be peak time. The pool area was amazing, the pool was the perfect temperature and the sun beds were extremely comfortable.
The sun beds around the sea front were in the perfect position with stepped access into the gorgeous sea.

Cons:

Breakfast was great but not amazing. The omelette counter was a bit slow and there were no pastries.
I am struggling to find things we didn't like.

Pros:

le côté charmant. le niveau de service et de qualité du personnel et leur capacité à répondre à nos attentes, notamment suite à un souci de chambre.

Cons:

attention dans la présentation des chambre sur booking en période estival de bien préciser que les bungalow vue mer ne sont pas les bungalows avec accès privatif à la plage. Nous avons été très déçus mais l'hôtel a su gérer sur place.

The best of the best!
Pros:

An absolute paradise! Upon arrival everything is taken care of for you. Staff is very friendly. We got the most beautiful villa. So many restaurants, bars en lots of tanning beds on the coast, the beach, the pool etc so even though it’s a big hotel it feels very private and relaxed. The food was the best we ever had, there’s so much choice for every meal.

Cons:

Nothing at all.
