Beautiful old property, well maintained typically very British
Nothing we didn’t like everything was wonderful.
Beds were very comfortable, nice block-out blinds, clean, good pool area.

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment
Did want to say about the parking that we had to park out the front and even though staff said they would be there 24hrs we still couldn't relax as it was very close to the road. The 2nd night we parked out the back and relaxed. We were charged exactly the same amount which I did think was unfair somewhat. Over all had a wonderful stay.loved it
Greeting from the staff, room service was excellent

Easy to find and lovely park across the road. Easy to return to motorway upon departure.
Cost was a little high this visit however this would be because of the Rugby League Magic Round.
Fab location adjacent to river and Botanical gardens. Short, easy walk to cbd shopping. Older style hotel but has a customer centred approach. Bar and restaurant on site.
Initially we thought it a little expensive but the convenience of the location almost cancelled that out.
It was a good distance from the centre and had a beautiful park opposite. My children enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Breakfast in the hotel for me was expensive.
The lobby and bar area were nice
Rooms were disgusting old need of a renovation. Stayed elsewhere the next night for $150 cheaper and it was a lot more modern and upmarket than the from at the royal
Decor , room size , location , friendly staff .
Very good Location. Good staff in the front office are pleasant and helpful.. The view is good from the room. The bathing facility is good..Clean.Coffe and tea available.. Daily room service available. Old but good to stay.
Got 3 days of breakfast every day on the same menu and the same display. Not interested. The restaurant staff is not friendly. Toothpaste tooth brush ear buds are simple things not supplies. you need to supply yourself..
It is an iconic, warm and comfortable hotel unlike many new hotels which are glitzy and cold. Staff were great, location so convenient - close to town but right next to the. beautiful botanic gardens
