great location, lovely feel to the hotel and very helpful team members
Pros:

We arrived early, expecting to have to wait for a room to be available but were accommodated then and there -so very pleased

We liked that the room had a bit more space that other hotels so it didn't feel cramped with the luggage

Being close to the gardens and the CBD makes the walks and shopping in the area very convenient

Cons:

not sure of hotels have these nowadays but a bath would be something my wife would have enjoyed

Great location, so handy to the Botanical Gardens and the city.
Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Decor and general facilities are dated, in need of refurbishment. Air conditioning wasn't effective. Strangely TV power is connected to the light switch so when you turn the lights off, the TV goes off too. Not great if you want to watch TV in bed and means you have to get up to turn the lights off.
