Nice hotel and location. Not making it clear that the pool was unavailable during booking was poor.

Comfortable room, great location. King bed was excellent.

Great location, older hotel but well maintained. Good customer service.
Pros:

We had a park view room. Our view was of the Brisbane Botanical Gardens so it was beautiful every time we looked out the window. The hotel is directly across the road from the entrance to the Gardens. It was a short walk to the Queen Street Mall, Queens Wharf and South Bank. Our stay was to attend the Lyric Theatre and it was walking distance to the theatre. It was a lovely walk home - nice way to end a great night.
