During the checkout, we were asked to wait while housekeeping inspected the room. Thirty minutes passed with no update. Had to go back to the counter to check status, only to be told it's fine without any explanation or apology for the delay. A simple heads-up or a time estimate or letting us know when it's done would've made a difference.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located in Pearl Point Shopping Center with multiple shops and food options. Convenient location. 25-30 minutes to KLCC and 10 minutes ride to other some good shopping centres. Extremely helpful staff at the restaurant and reception.
Super and Hi-tea could be improved with more variety.

The property is strategically located and offers convenient parking. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always greet guests with a smile.

In Level 16, I could smell cigarettes and durian.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My room was always clean even when I came with shopping bags. Service was prompt at all times. My nights were very comfy and will be coming back again.
So far I cannot complain about anything. I enjoyed everything.
