Non functional toilet
Pros:

I checked in around 5:30 PM. We went to dinner, got back to the room around 7:30. The toilet is very low to the ground, great if you are 4 ft tall. The biggest issue is the toilet wouldn’t flush. I call down to the desk. The front desk clerk told me that the maintenance man was running shuttle. We waited til 930 PM and no call. I had to go to the lobby to use the restroom. Little kids in the restroom trying to open my stall…running around with no supervision, and the hotel clerk sitting in the back. I go the the front desk to speak explain again that I am the person that called regarding a toilet not working. She explains the person that could attend to that is running shuttle. We paid $380 for a room with a non functional toilet. I was scheduled to stay for 3 nights. I checked out and went home. I won’t ever stay at this Hampton again, and don’t recommend.

Just okay
Pros:

Breakfast was good, shower was nice, hotel seemed clean in general.

Cons:

There was a bug in our pull out, thankfully just a grain beetle according to google. They didn’t have extra pillows when requested so brought an extra comforter 45 min later. Rooms weren’t ready at 3:30 when we were told check in was at 3, so they initially tried to tell us they didn’t have anymore of the king suites available when that’s what we booked. Then brought cleaning staff down 30 min later to confirm if rooms were cleaned so we could check in. Not our favorite experience.

All okay except for the lack of help with the toilet.
Pros:

Location. Price.

Cons:

Had to call desk twice to report a toilet overflow and water level not going down. An hour later, knock on door, and staff handed me the plunger and walked off.

I liked the location!

Cons:

My room was not very clean. There was a used washcloth in my shower from the previous guest. I don’t think the bed sheets on one of the beds were cleaned as there appeared to be jelly on the top sheet and the fitted sheet was applied inside out. I didn’t notice the sheets until the next morning or I would’ve said something. We didn’t arrive to the hotel until late so I didn’t have a lot of time after arrival to do much besides go to sleep!

Nice stay just not at good nights sleep

Cons:

The a/c unit in rm 304 is very noisy. Had a bad night's sleep because of it. You need to get new pillows.
