Sicuramente quando tornerò a Milano non escludo di prenotare nuovamente nel vostro Hotel.
Pros:

La struttura sembrava completamente nuova, la camera molto luminosa e spaziosa. Lo Staff è stato molto gentile.

Pros:

Servizio accoglienza sopratutto alla reception , personale gentile e disponibile … il ragazzo che ci ha restituito l’auto molto gentile e simpatico - non posso dire altrettanto della persona che ci ha accompagnato al parcheggio al nostro arrivo . Letto molto comfortevole .

Cons:

Supplemento colazione 20€ per persona lo trovo un po esagerato , consiglio alla direzione di riflettere su questo , anche perché diverse recensioni lamentano questo costo così elevato .

Cons:

被安排到和旅游团一层的房间 几个年轻女生 到半夜一直走廊乱喊乱叫 在友好请求好仍然没有停止 投诉后酒店方则是表示无奈 冷处理 导致一晚上完全没有休息好。
总之 隔音差 酒店处理问题能力也有待提升。

All’arrivo ho trovato il water sporco di urina, grave per un 4 stelle! Ho avvisato la signora delle pulizie che era nel corridoio, ha pulito ma non ha detto niente alla reception. Quando l’ho detto al receptionist non si è neanche scusato. Colazione 20€ a persona, esagerato per una famiglia. Camera rumorosa, la finestra non chiudeva bene ed era attaccata con lo scotch. Areazione forzata che non si può spegnere, rumorosa e fredda. Piumino sul letto con il sacco senza lenzuola separate a giugno! Pulizia scadente

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Fussnähe eines Shopping Centers, zur Tramstation und in der Nähe von der Autobahn.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich. Parkplatz wurde vom Personal übernommen. Schlüsse an das Personal, fertig, nur extra Kosten müssen übernommen werden. 20 Euro pro Tag.

Die Zimmer geräumig, die Matratzen fein zum liegen. Sehr bequem und gross. Das Badezimmer ist gross inkl den Shampoos, Cremen, Fön.

Klat es kostet, günstig ist es nicht, aber für diesen Luxus bezahlt an gern.

Cons:

Nichts, war alles perfekt!
