Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist super, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut temperiert, nicht laut vom Flur aus, das Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein! 😄

Pros:

Lo staff è stato incredibilmente gentile ed accogliente, sempre disponibile a risolvere qualunque tipo richiesta. Tornerei solo per loro!
La colazione è davvero varia e di buona qualità.
Le camere standard non particolarmente grandi, ma dotate di piccolo frigo bar, acqua sempre fresca, angolo bollitore e macchinetta del caffe con le cialde espresso.
L’hotel dista venti minuti a piedi dal centro storico e quindici minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Non abbiamo praticamente mai usato i mezzi.

Cons:

L’impianto dell’aria condizionata in alcune stanze non funziona. Alle mie rimostranze mi hanno subito cambiato camera, ma purtroppo anche in quella non funzionava. Il personale si è reso disponibile a cambiarla per la terza volta, ma visto le temperature supportabili, mi sono fatta bastare un ventilatore molto potente che mi hanno fornito. Per temperature più alte, però, non sarebbe bastato.

В целом мне все очень понравилось.

Cons:

Была только проблема, в жару 40С не справлялись кондиционеры , Но потом побыв в самом городе я поняла что кондиционеры много где не справлялись, просто в Германии 40С жара редко бывает, кондиционеры не такие сильные везде.
Но персонал мне помог и предоожил другую комнату,там было чуть прохладнее и больше воздуха.

Pros:

Perfect centrale ligging. Heel stil ‘s nachts. Tal van restaurants in de omgeving. Schitterende winkels.

Cons:

Kamer minimaal klein, maar wel alle faciliteiten. Zonder bijbetalen kun je geen WK voetbal of Wimbledon op je TV bekijken. Echt belachelijk.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and a room although small was clean and comforable. Most of the staff delivered great service (especially Arian who helped us when we had an issue with a room)

Cons:

The check-in process was quick but it wasnt a service with a smile. I received a room with faulty A/C ( during the 40 degrees heatwave) and it took a while to get a replacement as I felt being ignored by the receptionist.

Here's a more polished and professional version of your feedback:

The room was very small. While it was clean upon arrival, no housekeeping service was provided during my stay. The garbage was not collected, the towels were not replaced, and the bed was not made. I had to go to the reception myself to request fresh towels.
breakfast was excellent
