Gute Lage, hervorragendes Frühstück, ruhiges Zimmer in der Nähe zur City.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt zum Stadtzentrum, das Zimmer ist sehr schön mit einem guten Bett und schönem Bad. Es gibt ein Safe im Zimmer, Kaffee und Teezubehör. Zusätzlich 2 Flaschen Wasser (gratis). Das Frühstück hat frisches Obst, Müsli, Brot und eine gute Auswahl an Teesorten und eine Kaffeemaschine, die man selber benutzen kann. Am Empfang steht auch kostenlos Kaffee, Süßigkeiten und Tee zur Verfügung. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr herzlich.

Cons:

Anfangs gab es leider ein Durcheinander mit dem Zimmer welches ich bekommen sollte und nach einer kleinen Irrfahrt durch das Hotel bekam ich ein Upgrade um alles wieder gut zu machen. Einen großen Dank dafür an das Personal und an den Azubi, die alles gut gemanaged haben.

Pros:

Früstuck war perfekt mehr kann man nicht erwarten. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Doch das Zimmer war nicht schlecht das problem war die Fenstern man konnte die ganze Strasse hören rund um die Nacht wir konnten da nicht so gut schlafen und waren sehr unzufrieden vielleicht was es so wegen der renovierung

Champions League Lage mit Bundesliga infrastruktur.

Die Zimmer waren nicht schalldicht, ich habe alles im Gang und von den Zimmern neben an gehört. Das Personal am Empfang war nicht wirklich motiviert.

Pas digne d'un hôtel NH.
Pros:

Situation géographique, propreté, amabilité du personnel et en particulier celle d'Arian qui a essayé de trouver une solution au problème d'air conditionné de la chambre en nous apportant ventilateurs, bouteille d'eau fraîche avec un grand sourire. En fait, pour être honnête, il fût le meilleur point du séjour.

Cons:

Je connais très bien les NH pour y avoir déjà logé un peu partout en Europe et ce depuis plus de 40. Celui-ci n'est clairement pas à la hauteur, surtout à 170€ la nuit pour une chambre double sans petit déjeuner. Le parking: 3 jours avant notre venue j'avais demandé à l'hôtel si leur parking était équipé de bornes de recharge électrique. J'avais reçu une réponse rapide m'indiquant que oui. Nous arrivons devant la porte du garage et celui-ci est fermé pour travaux (depuis une semaine!). La réception: on me signale d'abord que ma réservation est avec petit déjeuner pour me rappeler 2 minutes plus tard que non. Essais de payement infructeux avec 3 cartes (devant les autres clients) pour finalement se rendre compte, grace au collègue, que l'erreur est du côté de la réception. La chambre: propre mais pas très grande avec la salle de bain qui doit faire moins de 2 m2 (évier, douche et wc compris). Mais surtout sans air conditionné, le boîtier ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait chaud, dehors le temps était lourd (juin). La réception m'indique que c'est un système centralisé (la réception ou il fait bien frais!) et qu'ils ne peuvent rien y changer, que quand il fait chaud dehors l'air est frais et vis versa. Sauf que non et il faisait vraiment chaud. Pareil pour toutes les chambres nous dit on et confirmé par nos amis dans une autre chambre. J'ai demandé si j'étais le seul à me plaindre du problème. On me répond que oui... pour aujourd'hui, mais que d'autres se sont plaint pendant la semaine! Visiblement cela n'a pas changé grand chose! Nous avons alors reçu la visite d'Arian, très gentil et se confondant en excuses, qui a essayé de palier au problème en nous apportant un ventilateur et de l'eau fraîche. La fenêtre ouverte la nuit n'était pas une option vu le vacarme des célébrations d'un match de foot dans la rue.

Es war jederzeit jemand am Empfang erreichbar.
Abläufe wurden auch fix bearbeitet.

Cons:

Der Feueralarm aufgrund von zuviel benutztem Desinfektionsmittel, war vermeidbar. Wie das zustande kam, wer weiß.
