NH hotel service is not like before

They didn’t even clean my room and they told me during check-in do you want to clean the room? I said yes

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine funktionierende Klimaanlage, die Fenster waren schlecht, deshalb war es laut. Es war heiß im Zimmer und es gab keinen Ventilator. Nie wieder.

Pros:

Lage sehr gut, Shoppingmeile zu Fuss erreichbar, Bahnhof sehr nahe, gutes Restaurant vor der Tür, Zimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Alle Zimmertüren fallen laut zu. Jedes Mal wenn ein Gast oder das Reinungspersonal in ein Zimmer rein oder raus geht, knallt es recht laut und das Zimmer ruckelt. Zum ausschlafen nicht geeignet. Auch gab es keine Kleiderbügel oder Hacken im Zimmer für Kleidung aufzuhängen.

I had a very pleasant stay! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to everything you need. Everything was well organized, and the overall atmosphere was great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
