Une nuit zen et reposante dans un cadre magnifique
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique, avec un superbe jardin et un excellent petit déjeuner.
La chambre est calme, propre, avec un lit très confortable. La décoration est chic et bien pensée.
C'est très pratique d'avoir la voiture juste à côté de la chambre.

La chambre est un peu sombre et chaude

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel has a great location, a unique and authentic atmosphere, and a charming layout with parking in the center of the property as well as additional free parking outside. The garden is beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were cozy, comfortable, and clean.

Cons:

There were a few things that could be improved. We were initially given a broken crib for our toddler before it was replaced with a working one. There was visible mold in the pool shower area. We also had an issue with very loud guests late at night. Since there is no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, making it difficult for our toddler to sleep. When we asked the staff about quiet hours, we were told the hotel does not have an official quiet-hours policy, which was disappointing.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but addressing these issues would make the experience even better.

Pænt på facaden men ikke bag facaden desværre. Ikke helt så fint som man gerne vil fremstå.

Det var pæne værelser og god morgenmad

Cons:

På vores terrasse stod vinflaske og askebæger med skodder i fra tidligere gæst. Virkelig ikke okay. Der var faktisk ret beskidt bag facaden når man kiggede efter desværre.

Nice hotel outside Aalborg city centre
Pros:

Nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant overlooking the gardens. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant.

Cons:

Location is only suitable if you're driving.

A lovely family room with courtyard area
Pros:

Lovely spacious family room - I love how it’s divided so you can relax whilst the children sleep and not disturb them. A cute courtyard was nice for some fresh air in the morning.

Swimming pool is great, you soon get used to the temperature.

Breakfast fabulous and the setting is gorgeous!

Cons:

Shower door kept leaking when using the shower.

Dressing gowns were slightly small.

Theoretisch Top - praktisch ein Flop

Generell eine schöne und gepflegte Anlage

Cons:

Unser Superior Deluxe Zimmer befand sich im Keller mit Ausblick auf den Unterboden vor dem Fenster geparkter Autos. Zimmerservice gibt es nur nach Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Wäre kein Problem , wenn man eine Info dazu im Zimmer fände. Das Personal im Restaurant ist anscheinend überfordert und demgemäß extrem unfreundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet - wie die Rezeption, die die Mängel freundlich versucht abzufedern.
