Pros:

De locatie is goed te vinden als je met de PATH aankomt. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Heerlijk bed.

Cons:

Dat er geen raam opengedaan kan worden. Ik als europeaan wil nooit de Airco aan en wil graag verse buitenlucht. Dit is dus niet mogelijk en erg jammer. Een Airco bevat veel stof en is ongezond. Airco is alleen maar nodig als het zeer warm is buiten.

Struttura valida e consigliata
Pros:

La struttura mi è piaciuta molto. La camera era decisamente ampia e gli spazi ben organizzati. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia impeccabile, il letto davvero molto comodo e la presenza di elettrodomestici nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti.

Cons:

Il servizio di pulizia e cambio asciugamani parte purtroppo solo dopo il 7° giorno: sarebbe opportuno farlo almeno ogni 4 giorni per gestire meglio la biancheria. In bagno il soffione della doccia era fisso (il doccino estraibile è presente solo nelle camere accessibili per disabili, che noi giustamente non avevamo prenotato per lasciarle a chi ne ha reale necessità). La finestra della stanza si apriva giusto di 1/4, limitando un po' il ricircolo d'aria. La sera la zona circostante è tranquilla, anche se un po' poco illuminata (ovviamente non è colpa dell'hotel, ma è un dettaglio utile da sapere per chi rientra a piedi).

Super Unterkunft um New York für eine Woche zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft für einen New York Trip ist überragend, der Ausblick am Pier auf NYC auf dem Weg zur Bahnstation PATH ist herausragend . liegt in Jersey City in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Immer freundliche MA, Gepäck konnte auch am Abreisetag noch kostenfrei nach Checkout mehrere Stunden deponiert werden.

Cons:

Wanne mit Duschvorhang, aber das scheint üblich in den USA :-)

Wunderbarer Ausgangsunkt für eine Reise nach New York
Pros:

Das Hotel war super gelegen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Skyline von New York, dabei extrem ruhige Lage. Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet, das Personal sehr freundlich und die PATH-Station nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

no limpian la habitacion. lo hacen una sola vez cada 7 dias pero no AVISAN en booking de manera clara y visible. es mas...no encontre donde avisan de eso.

Ottimo soggiorno di una settimana per visitare NYC con la famiglia.
Pros:

Staff sempre disponibile, posizione ottima vicino sia al PATH per andare a Oculus, sia a quello per andare sulla 33th. In 5 minuti di treno sei al WTC. Camera e bagno molto spaziose, con letto molto comodo. Armadi capienti e una bella cucina fornita. Disponibilità a fornire il materiale da cucina non presente. Anche Jersey City è stata una bella scoperta per passare la serata in maniera tranquilla dopo le caotiche giornate a NYC. Ci sono bei locali e vicino alla struttura un grande supermercato fornitissimo.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che rivedrei è il divano letto, però considerate che ho due figli grandi di circa vent'anni, per 2 bambini va benisimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte una volta a settimana ma non è stato un problema.

Pros:

La pieza era amplia, cómoda y limpia. La cocina muy precisa, útil y equipada. El personal muy amable y dispuesto.
Si bien es en Jersey City está cerca de 2 estaciones de tren muy bien conectadas y se llega fácilmente a Nueva York.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza cada 7 días me parece exagerado, debería ser por lo menos cada 3 días. La zona donde se encuentra no tiene mucho para hacer en la noche, como salir a comer y se ve y siente un poco desolado.
