Never Again
Pros:

The room is spacious , the window actually opens . The location is fine

Cons:

The staff were very unhelpful. After an over 24hr trip to the US they were rigid about stupid buerocracy issues ... The booking had been made and was guaranteed online with a credit card. I have the card in my phone but it wasnt enough for them . They wanted the physical card! I waited over two hrs for them to sort it out ... I was soooo tired literally falling off my feet. When I said that after all Im here for 6 nights - can we please solve this in the morning - one of the staff said to me "There are other hotels in the area" !!!
The following day my key cars didnt work . I went downstairs - there were people checking in . I waited till the one in line was being dealt with then I said "excuse me - my keys dont work". The guy said "there are people in line" . Luckily another guest who was checking in/out said to him "change her keys first" .

Also there is a slight stench of wee in the carpeted corridor. The water flow drizzles ....

I asked for a room with a view and got a view to the parking lot with a noise from the trams running just outside my window.

Not a place I would ever come back to for sure.

Top Lage! Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf das World Trade Center war einmalig!
Mit der Path-Bahn von der Station Exchange Place war Manhattan in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen - top Lage!
Es war sehr ruhig dort, man konnte sehr gut schlafen.

Cons:

Il bagno e il frigorifero troppo rumoroso. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare gli asciugamani dopo 5 notti e non hanno provveduto. Una notte si sentiva odore di bruciato vicino alle prese elettriche.

Pros:

ottima posizione in zona tranquilla molto panoramica. NYC (Oculus) facilmente e velocemente raggiungibile. comodo parcheggio

non vedere il fiume Hudson. sarebbe stato meglio che il parcheggio fosse stato gratuito essendo ubicato nella corte dell'hotel

Très bon hôtel, un séjour merveilleux
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable et le personnel est très accueillant. De plus un service de laundry est gratuit

Cons:

La douche fonctionnait mal et ne restant qu’une semaine, le ménage n’était pas proposé. Sur le principe ok, mais dans ce cas au moins laisser un balai pour faire le ménage soi-même

All in all it worked out well for me to stay/be there/here.
Pros:

The location was just right because I'd planned to visit "my old neighborhood". The room was very-serviceable, clean and comfortable, that last including the bed where I slept peacefully. I arrived early and was easily accommodated about parking my car safely which I was very-grateful for!

Cons:

The lighting in this (and most) bathrooms is too stark/bright for me. I did not know about the security deposit required before checking in -- no one likes those type of surprises!
